• 8:15 a.m. Wednesday - Michael Jay Poe, 33, of 5806 S. Maple Grove Lane, Warsaw, arrested for criminal mischief - $750 to $50,000, invasion of privacy and failure to appear - misdemeanor. Bond: $1,668.
• 9:05 a.m. Wednesday - Dustin Jeremiah Sieglinger, 35, Athens, Tenn., arrested for failure to appear - felony. No bond set.
• 12:50 p.m. Wednesday - Mark Alan Howard, 48, of 614 Charles St., Winona Lake, arrested for probation violation - felony and level 6 felony home improvement fraud. No bond set.
• 6:50 p.m. Wednesday - Bobby Grant Fillmore, 31, of 5583 N. CR 825E, North Webster, arrested for domestic battery in the presence of a child under 16 and battery. Bond: $5,250.
• 8:02 p.m. Wednesday - Brandon Dale Hoskins, 24, homeless, Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear - original charge misdemeanor. No bond set.
• 8:41 p.m. Wednesday - Damonte Latorensene Phillips, 18, of 1202 E. Center St., A, Warsaw, arrested for theft. Bond: $600.

Personal Injury Accident
• 6:46 a.m. Wednesday - Intersection of U.S. 30 and Silveus Crossing, Warsaw. Car-pickup collision. Drivers: Roxanne K. Kline, 47, Plymouth; Brian L. Foster, 57, South Julian Drive, Warsaw. Injury: Kline reported she got light headed and blacked out prior to the accident. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 1:50 a.m. today - North Ind. 19, 800 feet west of North CR 900W, Nappanee. SUV hit tree that had fallen across the road. Driver: Richard A. McVey, 44, Walter Way, Warsaw. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. KCSD.

• 11:18 a.m. Tuesday - A man reported a fraud in the 2100 block of East Fort Wayne Street, Warsaw. WPD.
• 1:56 p.m. Tuesday - A person was arrested for operating a motor vehicle while under the influence with a blood alcohol concentration between .08 to .15 and with a prior in the 100 block of Warrior Path, Syracuse. Syracuse Police Department investigated.
