• 8:15 a.m. Wednesday - Michael Jay Poe, 33, of 5806 S. Maple Grove Lane, Warsaw, arrested for criminal mischief - $750 to $50,000, invasion of privacy and failure to appear - misdemeanor. Bond: $1,668.

• 9:05 a.m. Wednesday - Dustin Jeremiah Sieglinger, 35, Athens, Tenn., arrested for failure to appear - felony. No bond set.

• 12:50 p.m. Wednesday - Mark Alan Howard, 48, of 614 Charles St., Winona Lake, arrested for probation violation - felony and level 6 felony home improvement fraud. No bond set.

• 6:50 p.m. Wednesday - Bobby Grant Fillmore, 31, of 5583 N. CR 825E, North Webster, arrested for domestic battery in the presence of a child under 16 and battery. Bond: $5,250.

• 8:02 p.m. Wednesday - Brandon Dale Hoskins, 24, homeless, Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear - original charge misdemeanor. No bond set.

• 8:41 p.m. Wednesday - Damonte Latorensene Phillips, 18, of 1202 E. Center St., A, Warsaw, arrested for theft. Bond: $600.

Personal Injury Accident

• 6:46 a.m. Wednesday - Intersection of U.S. 30 and Silveus Crossing, Warsaw. Car-pickup collision. Drivers: Roxanne K. Kline, 47, Plymouth; Brian L. Foster, 57, South Julian Drive, Warsaw. Injury: Kline reported she got light headed and blacked out prior to the accident. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 3:11 p.m. Tuesday - Intersection of Ind. 15 and East Winona Avenue, Warsaw. Warsaw school bus-car collision. Drivers: Kenneth R. Fifer, 76, West CR 700N, Leesburg; Jill M. Webber, 42, East CR 450S, Warsaw. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. WPD.

• 1:03 p.m. Wednesday - 600 N. Boeing Road, Warsaw. SUV hit parked SUV registered to John K. Landis, East Main Street, Warsaw. Driver: Thomas E. Pratt, 62, North Washington Street, Bourbon. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. WPD.

• 8:49 p.m. Wednesday - South Ind. 19, 500 feet north of West CR 900S, Mentone. Car hit deer. Driver: Mary O. Eckert, 64, West Northcrest Lane, Claypool. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.

• 1:50 a.m. today - North Ind. 19, 800 feet west of North CR 900W, Nappanee. SUV hit tree that had fallen across the road. Driver: Richard A. McVey, 44, Walter Way, Warsaw. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. KCSD.

• 2:29 a.m. Tuesday - A man reported the theft of two motorcycles in the 2100 block of East CR 1300N, Milford. Value: $7,000. KCSD.

• 11:18 a.m. Tuesday - A man reported a fraud in the 2100 block of East Fort Wayne Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 1:56 p.m. Tuesday - A person was arrested for operating a motor vehicle while under the influence with a blood alcohol concentration between .08 to .15 and with a prior in the 100 block of Warrior Path, Syracuse. Syracuse Police Department investigated.

• 7:44 p.m. Tuesday - A death was reported in the 100 block of EMS B27 Lane, Pierceton. KCSD.

• 11:45 a.m. Wednesday - A man reported his cell phone was stolen in the 3300 block of Lake City Highway, Warsaw. Value: $45. WPD.

• 10:10 p.m. Wednesday - A violation of a protective order was reported in the 2100 block of East Hendricks Street, Warsaw. WPD.
