The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:

• 9 a.m. Tuesday - Michael Alan Garman, 34, of 3757 N. CR 900W, #212, Cromwell, arrested for resisting law enforcement - fleeing, resisting law enforcement with use of a vehicle, reckless driving, driving while suspended with a prior, possession of paraphernalia – misdemeanor, a warrant for an Indiana agency, domestic battery in the presence of a child under 16 and failure to appear - original charge felony. No bond set.

• 2:46 p.m. Tuesday - Derrick James Carlson, 25, of 806 S. McClellan St., Warsaw, arrested for probation violation - misdemeanor. No bond set.

• 4:22 p.m. Tuesday - Richard Rainie Evans III, 45, Goshen, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while under the influence with a prior. Bond: $5,250.

• 6:39 p.m. Tuesday - William Glenn Howell, 31, of 3104 E. Wooster Road, #17, Pierceton, arrested on a warrant in a civil matter. Bond: $6,100.

• 6:54 p.m. Tuesday - Eduardo Alonzo Duenas, 18, of 2326 E. Pierceton Road, Winona Lake, arrested for possession of marijuana - misdemeanor. Bond: $600.

• 9:02 p.m. Tuesday - Shane Allen Reed, 30, Lowell, arrested on a warrant for an Indiana agency. No bond listed.

• 10:26 p.m. Tuesday - Jacob Scott Herrod, 26, of 17 N. Vacation Way, North Manchester, arrested for false informing. Bond: $500.

• 2:19 p.m. Monday - 2507 E. Ind. 14, Silver Lake. Car-SUV collision. Drivers: Cynthia D. Hoffman, 64, Wabash; Deborah J. Johnston, 51, West Kokomo Road, Claypool. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Claypool Police Department investigated.

• 6:30 p.m. Monday - Intersection of South East Street and East Shade Tree Lane, Milford. Car-pickup collision. Drivers: Sue A. Boyer, 64, North East Street, Milford; Tom D. Levernier, 68, Kinwood Drive, Milford. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Milford Police Department investigated.

• 7:20 p.m. Monday - A man reported the theft of tools from a storage shed in the 7500 block of West Old 30, Warsaw. Value: $250. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.

• 9:32 p.m. Monday - A woman reported the theft of a laser level in the 200 block of EMS R4 Lane, Pierceton. Value: $70. KCSD.

• 9:17 a.m. Tuesday - An employee of New Market in the 300 block of South Main Street, North Webster, reported the theft of an energy drink and bottled tea. North Webster Police Department investigated.

• 5:21 p.m. Tuesday - A delinquent act by a juvenile was reported in the 1500 block of East Market Street, Warsaw. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 6:04 p.m. Tuesday - A warrant was served in the 1500 block of East Winona Avenue, Warsaw. WPD.

• 6:44 p.m. Tuesday - A violation of a no-contact order was reported in the 800 block of East CR 800S, Claypool. KCSD.

• 8:36 p.m. Tuesday - A woman reported the theft of a wallet in the 100 block of North Walnut Street, Etna Green. Value: $15. KCSD.
