Wuchter, 29, East CR 725S, Warsaw. Injuries: Dutkiewicz complained of pain to the head and was taken to Lutheran Hospital in Fort Wayne; Max A. Swoveland, 44, Auburn, a passenger in Dutkiewicz truck, complained of pain to the entire body and was taken to Kosciusko Community Hospital; Wuchter complained of pain to his right hand and right knee but refused medical attention. Gooden, 35, North Zimmer Road, Warsaw. Injury: Gooden suffered an injury to the shoulder and upper arm and was taken to KCH. Womack had a suspended driver’s license. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Injury: Embury complained of minor bleeding to the eye; Harness complained of pain to the neck; Tyler Embury, 15, Columbia City, a passenger, had minor bleeding to the lower arm; Walker L. Hatler Mullins, 23, Bluffton, a passenger, complained of pain to the head; all injured were taken to Parkview Hospital in Warsaw for treatment. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. WPD.
