• 9:04 p.m. Saturday - West Ind. 14, 100 feet east of South CR 450W, Silver Lake. Car hit deer. Driver: Johnathan D. Engle, 20, South CR 1000W, Claypool. Injury: Engle suffered minor burns to the arm from the airbag deployment. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.

• 7:03 a.m. Sunday - Armstrong Road, 5,000 feet west of EMS T25 Lane, Leesburg. Car left road, spun, hit three large boulders then four pine trees and stopped next to a creek. Driver: Jessica V. Jimenez, 17, Anchorage Road, Warsaw. Injury: Jimenez complained of pain to her entire body; Alexius Rivera, 18, Anchorage Road, Warsaw, a passenger in Jimenez’s car, complained of pain to the entire body. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. • Midnight Friday - An incident of criminal mischief and an unwanted person were reported in the 200 block of South East Street, Milford. The victim had damage to a door. KCSD.

• 7:01 a.m. Friday - A traffic stop occurred in the 900 block of East Smith Street, Warsaw. The driver’s license was found to be suspended with a prior. WPD.

• 1:10 p.m. Friday - A woman reported a man kicked in her door and threatened to kill her in the 3700 block of West Old 30, Warsaw. She was able to escape the trailer and flee to a neighbor’s to call 911. The man was found and arrested for residential entry and battery with bodily injury. KCSD.

• 2:49 p.m. Friday - An employee of Butt and Timmons Construction Inc. reported a fraud in the 6600 block of East CR 950N, Syracuse. KCSD.
