• 1:08 p.m. Thursday - Jeremy Alwin Perman, 45, South Bend, arrested for failure to appear - original charge infraction. Bond: $183.50.

• 1:12 p.m. Thursday - Coleman Brady Hamilton-Garver, 21, Goshen, arrested for failure to appear - original charge misdemeanor. No bond set.

• 2:09 p.m. Thursday - Dinah Jean Vendeville, 28, Vicksburg, Mich., arrested for disorderly conduct - noise. Bond: $500.

• 2:20 p.m. Thursday - Riley Austin Betz, 23, of 4080 N. CR 375E, Warsaw, arrested for probation violation - felony. Bond: $3,500.

• 4:16 p.m. Thursday - Casey Jakob Azbell, 19, Laketon, arrested for battery causing moderate bodily injury. Bond: $10,250.

• 5:25 p.m. Thursday - Caleb James Jenkins, 21, of 2610 Harmony Court, Winona Lake, arrested for burglary of a dwelling. Bond: $15,250.

• 7:59 p.m. Thursday - Roger Lee Hyer, 52, Idaho Falls, Idaho, arrested for failure to appear - original charge felony. No bond set.

• 8:14 p.m. Thursday - Frankie Lee Poe, 46, of 203 N. Monroe St., Sidney, arrested for battery causing bodily injury. Bond: $600.

• 8:58 p.m. Thursday - Dawn Michelle Young, 33, South Bend, arrested for theft. Bond: $600.

• 9:01 p.m. Thursday - Loyd Douglas Green, 71, South Bend, arrested for theft. Bond: $600.

• 9:19 p.m. Thursday - Thomas Gail Schott, 38, South Bend, arrested for theft. Bond: $600.

• 12:09 a.m. today - Kevin Jay Harris, 42, of 2601 N. Ind. 13, Pierceton, arrested for possession of a syringe for a legend drug. Bond: $5,250.

• 3:23 p.m. Wednesday - Intersection of East Market and South Bronson streets, Warsaw. SUV-car collision. Drivers: Beverly J. Miller, 68, East CR 450S, Warsaw; Priscilla M. Waidley, 77, East Arthur Street, Warsaw. Injury: Waidley complained of pain to the neck and was taken to a hospital. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 8:24 a.m. Wednesday - 2607 West Side Drive, Warsaw. Unknown vehicle hit parked car registered to Morgan B. Hartle, West Side Drive, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.

• 12:10 p.m. Wednesday - 106 S. Higbee St., Milford. Car hit parked SUV registered to Ryan M. Howard, North Henry Street, Milford. Driver: Gaynol L. Vonblon, 76, East Catherine Street, Milford. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Milford Police Department investigated.

• 2:24 p.m. Wednesday - North CR 650E, 500 feet north of East CR 200N, Pierceton. Van hit parked van registered to Centurytel Service Group LLC, West Center Street, Warsaw. Driver: Aaron S. Dyson, 49, Wabash. Damage: $750-$1,000. KCSD.

• 5:27 p.m. Wednesday - Intersection of Park Avenue and Twelfth Street, Winona Lake. Two-car collision. Drivers: Matthew A. Schmidt, 23, Thirteenth Street, Winona Lake; Austin L. Bailey, 22, West Market Street, Pierceton. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. Winona Lake Police Department investigated.

• 5:28 a.m. Thursday - West U.S. 30 at mile marker 84, Warsaw. Truck hit unknown object in the road and was pulled to the north guardrail and ran down the length of the guardrail. Driver: David P. Gilman, 60, Lima, Ohio. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. KCSD.

• 6:45 a.m. Wednesday - A physical domestic disturbance was reported in the 2500 block of Walton Boulevard, Warsaw. WPD.

• 10:44 a.m. Wednesday - A traffic stop was conducted in the 100 block of South Main Street, North Webster. The driver was found to have a suspended driver’s license and was cited and given a court date. The vehicle was impounded and the owner of the vehicle was cited for permitting an unlicensed person to drive. North Webster Police Department investigated.

• 7:43 p.m. Wednesday - A person was arrested in the 500 block of Prairie Drive, Syracuse, for battery causing moderate bodily injury and battery with a deadly weapon. Syracuse Police Department investigated.

• 8:13 p.m. Wednesday - A bicycle was reported stolen in the 1600 block of East CR 200N, Warsaw. Value: $130. KCSD.

• 6:12 a.m. Thursday - A woman in the 3300 block of Oak Pointe Crossing, Warsaw, reported the theft of her medications. WPD.

• 9:55 a.m. Thursday - A man in the 1900 block of East Fort Wayne Street, Warsaw, was arrested on a warrant. WPD.

• 3:03 p.m. Thursday - An employee of Freedom Oil in the 800 block of East Center Street, Warsaw, reported receiving counterfeit money. WPD.

• 4:34 p.m. Thursday - Thefts were reported at Big R in the 3600 block of Commerce Drive, Warsaw; Tractor Supply Co.; and Walgreen’s Pharmacy. Items taken included clothes, consumable goods and miscellaneous merchandise, but were returned. Value: $111.70. WPD.

• 5:36 p.m. Thursday - An overdose was reported in the 1500 block of East Winona Avenue, Warsaw. WPD.

• 6:09 p.m. Thursday - A man in the lobby of the KCSD in the 200 block of West Main Street, Warsaw, reported a theft of electronic equipment, jewelry and other items. Value: $285. KCSD.

• 11:43 p.m. Thursday - A suspicious person was reported in the 2100 block of Brookview Drive, Warsaw. WPD.

• 2:05 a.m. today - A hit-skip accident was reported in the 10800 block of North Southshore Drive, Syracuse. KCSD.
