The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:

• 7:27 a.m. Wednesday - Dexter Ross Nine, 31, of 3699 N. CR 175E, lot 182, Warsaw, arrested for battery resulting in bodily injury to a pregnant woman and domestic battery with a deadly weapon. Bond: $11,000.

• 8:06 a.m. Wednesday - Kathryn Marriah Rhamey, 26, of 3104 E. Wooster Road, #55, Pierceton, arrested for domestic battery resulting in serious bodily injury. Bond: $10,000.

• 12:51 p.m. Wednesday - Toni Rae Little, 32, Daleville, arrested for failure to appear - original charge misdemeanor. No bond set.

• 1:17 p.m. Wednesday - Boris Lee Harvey, 26, of 1520 E. Winona Ave., Warsaw, arrested on four counts of failure to appear - original charge misdemeanor. No bond set.

• 2:01 p.m.. Wednesday - Brian Keith Noll, 43, of 123 E. Fort Wayne St., Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear - original charge felony and two counts of failure to appear - original charge misdemeanor. No bond set.

• 2:29 p.m. Wednesday - Alexander Raymond Callahan, 21, homeless, Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear - original charge misdemeanor. No bond set.

• 4:56 p.m. Wednesday - Heather M. Machlan, 45, Columbia City, arrested for possession of meth. Bond: $5,250.

Personal Injury Accident

• 3:24 p.m. Tuesday - North East Wawasee Drive, 300 feet south of East CR 1250N, Syracuse. Two-car collision. Drivers: Maria E. Miller, 19, West CR 1350N, Nappanee; Oscar C. Haro, 52, Ligonier. Injuries: Miller complained of chest pain; Haro complained of pain to the lower arm and elbow; Richard J. Miller, 37, Millersburg, a passenger in Haro’s car, complained of pain to the head; all were checked out at the scene and released. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Syracuse Police Department investigated.



Property Damage Accidents

• 3:55 p.m. Wednesday - Intersection of East Main and North Bronson streets, Warsaw. SUV-car collision. Drivers: Dorothy C. Frazier, 77, Rivercrest Drive, Warsaw; Susana P. Vega, 19, East Clark Street, Warsaw. Damage; $1,000-$2,500. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 4:31 p.m. Wednesday - Intersection of North Parker Street and East U.S. 30, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Michael A. Compton, 45, Glad Street, Warsaw; Julia A. Schue, 86, Sally Street, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. WPD.

• 10:42 a.m. Tuesday - An employee of B&B Construction reported the theft of power and hand tools in the 100 block of North Front Street, Syracuse. Value; $950. SPD.

• 7:28 p.m. Tuesday - A man in the 100 block of EMS T26D Lane, Leesburg, reported a landscaping company took his money but hadn’t done any work to his property in a year. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.

• 10:11 p.m. Tuesday - A domestic fight was reported in the 5800 block of North CR 450E, Leesburg. A woman was arrested and a man was taken to a hospital. KCSD.

• 9:32 a.m. Wednesday - A license plate was found in the 1100 block of Husky Trail, Warsaw. Value: $25. WPD.

• 12:52 p.m. Wednesday - An auto theft was reported in the 2300 block of North Detroit Street, Warsaw. Loss: $2,800. WPD.

• 9:12 p.m. Wednesday - A person was arrested for driving while suspended with a prior in the 500 block of East Winona Avenue, Warsaw. WPD.
