• 9:54 p.m. Friday - Trey Darnell Bradley, 20, of 215 S. Scott St., Warsaw, arrested for illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor, possession of marijuana - misdemeanor, three counts of failure to appear - original charge misdemeanor, failure to appear - original charge felony and probation violation - misdemeanor. • 1:34 a.m. Saturday - Jacob Isaiah Craft, 25, of 7646 W. Swick Road, Claypool, arrested for possession of a narcotic and possession of paraphernalia - misdemeanor. Bond: $5,250.

• 1:43 a.m. Saturday - Jason Wayne Elijah, 44, of 121 E. Esterbrook Drive, North Webster, arrested for theft with a prior. Bond: $2,750.

• 3:57 p.m. Saturday - Mark Allen Siple, 59, homeless, Warsaw, arrested for theft. Bond: $600.

• 7:55 p.m. Saturday - Reginaldo D. Fuentes, 34, Indianapolis, arrested for operator never licensed. Bond: $500.

• 11:57 p.m. Saturday - Hervey M. Parker, 41, Wanatah, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while under the influence. Bond: $700.

• 11:57 p.m. Saturday - Maria Tafolla, 45, Benton Harbor, Mich., arrested for operating a motor vehicle while under the influence with a blood alcohol concentration of at least .15. Bond: $700.

• 12:12 a.m. Sunday - Saul Humberto Munoz, 28, Fort Wayne, arrested for obstruction of justice, possession of marijuana - misdemeanor and possession of paraphernalia - misdemeanor. Bond: $5,250.

• 12:27 a.m. Sunday - Michael Wayne Fairfax, 39, of 312 W. Crystal Flash Road, #5, North Webster, arrested for public intoxication. Bond: $400.

• 2:49 a.m. Sunday - Nanci Ann Hanna, 48, of 2856 S. Country Club Road, Warsaw, arrested for refusal to submit to chemical testing and operating a motor vehicle while under the influence. Bond: $700.

• 4:25 a.m. Sunday - Tyler Matthew Bearman, 35, Fort Wayne, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while under the influence with a blood alcohol concentration of at least .15. Bond; $700.

• 12:09 p.m. Sunday - Kassity Ann Cobbs, 32, of 319 N. Walnut St., Etna Green, arrested on a warrant for an Indiana agency. No bond listed.

• 2:12 p.m. Sunday - Monroe Junior Jackson, 57, Marion, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while under the influence with a blood alcohol concentration between .08 and .15. Bond: $5,250.

• 5:17 p.m. Sunday - Joseph Khiev, 34, of 1177 N. Slateview Court, Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated and possession of marijuana - misdemeanor. Bond: $700.

• 1:06 a.m. today - John F. Gardner, 37, of 322 Rattington Circle, Warsaw, arrested for domestic battery in the presence of a child under 16 and strangulation. Bond; $5,250.

• 7:04 a.m. Saturday - Intersection of Lake City Highway and South CR 250E, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Keny H. Castillo, 37, Elkhart; Jarod I. Barber, 19, East Riviera Drive, Warsaw. Injury: Castillo complained of pain to the elbow and lower arm and was taken to Kosciusko Community Hospital. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 12:27 p.m. Sunday - Intersection of Springhill Road and Lake City Highway, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Victoria Montgomery, 26, Briar Ridge Circle, Warsaw; Mardelle F. Menzie, North Lincoln Park, Warsaw. Injury: Montgomery complained of pain to her wrist and was evaluated at the scene by EMS. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. WPD.

• 8:46 a.m. Sunday - 3000 N. Airport Road, Warsaw. An unknown vehicle drove through a city of Warsaw gate at Warsaw Municipal Airport. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. WPD.

• 3:07 p.m. Saturday - An employee of Circle K gas station in the 600 block of North Main Street, North Webster, reported a vehicle left the station with a fuel nozzle. The nozzle was returned. North Webster Police Department investigated.
