• 7:53 a.m. Thursday - Martha A. Sharp, 35, of 618 Oldfather St., Warsaw, arrested for criminal trespassing. Bond: $500.
• 11:48 a.m. Thursday - Nicholas Najera Jr., 47, of 536 E. Center St., Warsaw, arrested for parole violation. No bond set.
• 3:11 p.m. Thursday - Kimberly Jo Brennaman, 35, of 609 S. Poplar Drive, Syracuse, arrested for possession of meth. Bond: $5,250.
• 4:20 p.m. Thursday - Jeffery James Oswalt, 38, of 5219 E. CR 500N, #3, Leesburg, arrested for sexual battery. Bond: $15,250.
• 6:39 p.m. Thursday - Arian Robert Matthew Bennett, 23, of 1692 E. CR 200N, Warsaw, arrested for possession of marijuana - misdemeanor and possession of paraphernalia - misdemeanor. Bond: $600.
• 11:24 p.m. Thursday - Julie Marie Cunningham, 36, of 305 E. Maple Grove, Syracuse, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while under the influence with a blood alcohol concentration of at least .15. Bond: $600.
• 1:29 a.m. today - Mark Duane Smith, 49, of 536 E. Center St., Warsaw, arrested for residential entry, criminal trespassing and disorderly conduct - fight. Bond: $5,750.
• 2:01 a.m. today - Ryan Lee Bussard, 42, of 502 S. Union St., Warsaw, arrested for probation violation - felony. Bond: $2,750.
Property Damage Accidents
• 2:25 p.m. Wednesday - Intersection of West Van Buren and North Pearl streets, Leesburg. Parked SUV registered to Adam D. Timke, EMS D21A Lane, Syracuse, was left in reverse, rolled backward, crossed the street and hit a parked SUV registered to Tamela R. Shafer, East Burkhart Drive, Warsaw. Damage: $750-$1,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.
• 7:54 a.m. Thursday - Intersection of North CR 950W and West CR 75N, Warsaw. Pickup hit steel post. Driver: Kyle S. Foltz, 25, West CR 25S, Etna Green. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. KCSD.
• 3:30 p.m. Thursday - East Center Street, 100 feet north of Eastlake Drive, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Gerald G. Hochstetler, 56, South Country Club Road, Warsaw; Michael A. Utter, 55, South Country Club Road, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 6:38 p.m. Wednesday - An unspecified offense was reported in the 200 block of East Greenhaus Drive, Syracuse. Syracuse Police Department investigated.
• 9:19 p.m. Wednesday - The theft of a license plate was reported in the 1800 block of Crescent Drive, Warsaw. Value: $300. KCSD.
• 9:57 p.m. Wednesday - A woman in the 100 block of North Main Street, North Webster, reported receiving harassing messages over social media. North Webster Police Department investigated.
• 11:34 p.m. Wednesday - A person was arrested on a warrant during a traffic stop in the 3500 block of Commerce Drive, Warsaw. WPD.
• 8:57 a.m. Thursday - A business in the 4700 block of West CR 100N, Warsaw, reported criminal mischief. KCSD.
• 9:05 a.m. Thursday - A demented man called for help in the 300 block of Argonne Road, Warsaw. WPD.
• 10:02 a.m. Thursday - A home improvement fraud was reported in the 200 block of West Main Street, Warsaw. KCSD.
• 12:01 p.m. Thursday - A man in the 3600 block of North Oakwood Drive, Warsaw, reported he contracted with another man to have trees and limbs removed from his property and he paid the man $200 of the $1,200 amount agreed upon, but the work was never completed. KCSD.
• 12:59 p.m. Thursday - A check fraud was reported in the 9800 block of North Lincoln Road, Syracuse. KCSD.
• 3:54 p.m. Thursday - A person was reported threatening or attempting suicide in the 2800 block of Frontage Road, Warsaw. WPD.
• 6:07 p.m. Thursday - A traffic stop occurred in the 2300 block of North Sunset Drive, Warsaw, and a person was arrested for possession of marijuana and paraphernalia. WPD.
• 12:48 a.m. today - Two adult men were arrested for possession of a narcotic drug, a syringe and paraphernalia in the 1200 block of North CR 350W, Warsaw. WPD.
