• 9:50 a.m. Wednesday - Thomas Foster Smith, 36, of 3403 S. CR 550W, Mentone, arrested for failure to appear - original charge misdemeanor. No bond set.

• 10:40 a.m. Wednesday - Timothy Ray Ruggles, 45, Elkhart, arrested on three counts of failure to pay. Bond: $1,147.56.

• 1:59 p.m. Wednesday - Ashley Lynn Templeton, 36, of 3337 E. Pleasant Grove Drive, Warsaw, arrested on a warrant in a civil matter. No bond set.

• 2 p.m. Wednesday - Anthony James Geib, 33, of 3311 Oak Pointe Crossing, Warsaw, arrested for driving while suspended with a prior, possession of meth, possession of a controlled substance and possession of a smoking device for a legend drug. Bond: $10,250.

• 2:45 p.m. Wednesday - Ryan Scott Hernandez, 37, of 1816 Hepler Drive, M7, Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear - misdemeanor. Bond: $1,000.

• 3:34 p.m. Wednesday - Jeremy D. Mabie, 37, of 223 W. Jefferson St., #10, Warsaw, arrested on three counts of failure to pay and criminal trespass. Bond: $2,604.50.

• 4:17 p.m. Wednesday - Britney Liana Shatzer, 33, Mishawaka, arrested for probation violation - misdemeanor. No bond set.

• 5:22 p.m. Wednesday - Jacob Lewis Larkin, 26, of 507 N. Dolan Drive, #1, Syracuse, arrested for drug court violation - misdemeanor. No bond set.

• 12:03 a.m. today - William Andrew Glasgow, 47, of 1459 W. Coryls Lane, Silver Lake, arrested for intimidation - misdemeanor. Bond: $600.

• 12:35 a.m. today - Travis Ray Richardson, 35, of 2317-A S. CR 275E, Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear - original charge misdemeanor. Bond: $651.

• 12:31 a.m. today - Dustin Scott Jansma, 27, of 5440 N. CR 450E, Leesburg, arrested on a warrant for an Indiana agency. No bond listed

Personal Injury Accident

• 4:09 p.m. Wednesday - Intersection of East U.S. 30 and North Parker Street, Warsaw. SUV-car collision. Drivers: Tricia M. Johnson, 37, East CR 400N, Pierceton; Roberta S. Golani, 62, Fort Wayne. Injury: Golani complained of pain to the neck but refused medical attention. Damage: $750-$1,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

Property Damage Accidents

• 4:58 p.m. Tuesday - Intersection of North CR 100E and East CR 200N, Warsaw. Two-SUV collision; one driver fled the scene. Driver remaining: Sue M. Alberts, 67, Goshen. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.

• 4:32 p.m. Wednesday - Intersection of Ind. 15 and ramp 059D, Warsaw. Van-car collision. Drivers: Elizabeth E. Mills, 85, South Bouse Drive, Silver Lake; Adam R. Sheets, 44, East Center Street, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. WPD.

• 2:01 p.m. Saturday - While officers were performing a stand-by in the 400 block of West First Street, Milford, a person was found sleeping in the residence. Milford Police Department investigated.

• 1:54 p.m. Monday - A person was arrested on warrants in the 2500 block of East Center Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 2:16 p.m. Monday - A woman reported a protective order was violated in the 800 block of Oak Brook Place, Warsaw. WPD.

• 2:44 p.m. Monday - A hit-skip accident was reported in the 1000 block of Husky Trail, Warsaw. WPD.

• 4:21 p.m. Monday - A juvenile complaint was reported in the 900 block of Anchorage Road, Warsaw. WPD.

• 5:40 p.m. Monday - A death was investigated in the 500 block of North Parker Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 6:02 p.m. Monday - A family fight was reported in the 300 block of East Levi Lee Road, Warsaw. A person was arrested for strangulation and domestic battery in the presence of a child under 16. KCSD.

• 7:56 p.m. Monday - The theft of a bicycle and power and hand tools was reported in the 7300 block of West CR 850N, Etna Green. Value: $905. KCSD.

• 10:08 p.m. Monday - A person was arrested on a warrant from Whitley County in the 300 block of North Detroit Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 10:44 p.m. Monday - A suicide attempt was reported in the 2200 block of North Pointe Drive, Warsaw. WPD.

• 2:20 a.m. Tuesday - An officer stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation in the 400 block of West CR 900N, Milford. While speaking with that driver, another vehicle was traveling the opposite direction and almost hit the officer. The officer stopped that vehicle and the driver was taken into custody for driving while suspended with a prior. MPD.

• 5:54 a.m. Tuesday - A person was cited for driving a vehicle without ever having a license in the 2300 block of West Old 30, Warsaw. WPD.

• 9:01 a.m. Tuesday - A man was arrested on a warrant in the 800 block of East Winona Avenue, Warsaw. WPD.

• 11:43 a.m. Tuesday - A woman reported someone broke into her residence and stole jewelry in the 10600 block of North Lung Lane, Syracuse. KCSD.

• 1:36 p.m. Tuesday - A domestic disturbance was reported in the 1700 block of Latta Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 1:41 p.m. Tuesday - A man reported a threat to his life in the 2600 block of North Ind. 13, Pierceton. KCSD.

• 4:40 p.m. Tuesday - A person wanted on a warrant for disorderly conduct was found at Fellowship Missions in the 1500 block of East Winona Avenue, Warsaw. He was arrested and taken to the Kosciusko County Jail. WPD.

• 6:25 p.m Tuesday - The theft of a cell phone was reported in the 2700 block of East Armstrong Road, Leesburg. Value: $700. KCSD.

• 1:40 a.m. Wednesday - A man was arrested in the 1200 block of Lake City Highway, Warsaw, for driving while suspended with a prior. WPD.

• 11:48 a.m. Wednesday - A city of Warsaw employee reported finding a counterfeit $5 bill in the 100 block of East Canal Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 12:15 p.m. Wednesday - A trailer gate and plates were reported found in the 800 block of East Market Street, Warsaw. Value: $50. WPD.

• 12:27 p.m. Wednesday - A no-contact order was violated in the 1300 block of East Clark Street, Warsaw. WPD.
