The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:

• 11:32 a.m. Wednesday - Nicholas Randall Garber, 18, of 71 E. South St., Milford, arrested for possession of meth - enhanced and less than 5 grams. Bond: $10,250.

• 11:48 a.m. Wednesday - Mitchell Andrew Reynolds, 27, homeless, Milford, arrested for resisting law enforcement with a deadly weapon and failure to appear - original charge misdemeanor. Bond: $10,250.

• 1:20 p.m. Wednesday - Thomas Henry Sheley, 42, of 597 S. Old 13, Pierceton, arrested for contempt of court. Bond: $200.

• 1:57 p.m. Wednesday - Nikki Gene Strycker, 57, homeless, Warsaw, arrested for stalking while criminal complaint is still pending. Bond: $30,250.

• 4:17 p.m. Wednesday - James Leo Charters, 48, of 1015 N. Huntington St., Syracuse, arrested for possession of meth, possession of animal fighting paraphernalia and failure to appear - felony. Bond: $10,500.

• 5:25 p.m. Wednesday - Nicole Coburn, 36, of 1355 N. Hillside Drive, Syracuse, arrested for no valid license and possession of a syringe for a legend drug. Bond: $5,250.

• 6:19 p.m. Wednesday - Gabriel Patino, 32, of 1001 S. Harkless Drive, Syracuse, arrested for criminal mischief. Bond: $600.

• 1:58 a.m. today - John F. Shepherd Jr., 26, of 111 S. Wood St., Apt. B, Warsaw, arrested for possession of meth and driving while suspended with a prior. Bond: $5,250.

Personal Injury Accidents

• 6:17 a.m. Wednesday - 1917 E. Blossom Lane, Warsaw. Car backing out of a garage hit driver’s side mirror on garage door track; while pulling forward, car drove through utility room wall, damaging the heater and water heater of the home. Driver: Terry M. Cole, 77, East Blossom Lane, Warsaw. Injury: Cole had minor bleeding to the upper arm and shoulder. Damage: $50,000-$100,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.

• 9:54 a.m. Wednesday - Intersection of North Ind. 15 and East Main Street, Warsaw. SUV-pickup collision. Drivers: Darcy K. Hively, 63, North Long Drive, Syracuse; David B. Masterson, 43, Herscher Drive, Warsaw. Injury: Masterson complained of head pain but refused further medical treatment after being checked out by EMS. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 12:32 p.m. Tuesday - Intersection of East Center Street and Eastlake Drive, Warsaw. Van-SUV collision. Drivers: Joshua D. Flenar, 36, West Prairie Drive, Leesburg; Blake D. Pilcher, 40, West CR 200N, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. WPD.

• 11 a.m. Wednesday - 610 S. Buffalo St., Warsaw. Unknown vehicle hit parked car registered to Michelle M. Gilmore, EMS B37 Lane, Warsaw. Damage: $750-$1,000. WPD.

• 4:53 p.m. Wednesday - Intersection of East Center Street and U.S. 30, Warsaw. Car-van collision. Drivers: Tanner D. Miller, 22, Legend Drive, Bourbon; Erin E. Eberle, 39, Wakarusa. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. WPD.

• 1:55 p.m. Tuesday - Trespassing and possession of marijuana were reported in the 500 block of North Detroit Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 8:55 p.m. Tuesday - A lost wallet was reported in the 2100 block of East Fort Wayne Street, Warsaw. Value: $200. WPD.

• 11:59 p.m. Tuesday - A suicide was investigated in the 1600 block of Dot Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• Midnight Wednesday - The theft of a television, window air conditioner, baby high chair and consumable goods was reported in the 4900 block of North CR 475E, Leesburg. Value: $210. KCSD.

• 12:16 a.m. Wednesday - A person was arrested for driving while suspended with a prior in the 300 block of East Fort Wayne Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 5:41 a.m. Wednesday - A woman reported two juveniles ran away from home in the 900 block of Anchorage Road, Warsaw. WPD.

• 11 a.m. Wednesday - A hit-skip accident was reported in the 600 block of South Buffalo Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 4 p.m. Wednesday - A bicycle was found in the 300 block of South Indiana Street, Warsaw. Value: $25. WPD.

• 8:46 p.m. Wednesday - A traffic stop occurred in the 400 block of Park Avenue, Winona Lake. The driver was cited for driving while suspended with a prior and operating a motor vehicle while displaying an altered interim license plate. WPD.
