• 12:02 p.m. Tuesday - Amber Lynn Burnworth, 34, Logansport, arrested on two counts of failure to appear - original charge felony and theft. No bond set.

• 1:38 p.m. Tuesday - Coty Michael Haynes, 27, South Bend, arrested on three counts of failure to appear - misdemeanor and one count of failure to appear - original charge misdemeanor. Bond: $1,713.32.

• 2:43 p.m. Tuesday - Lorann S. Lopez, 20, of 77 Kings Highway, #9, Winona Lake, arrested for sexual misconduct with a minor. No bond listed.

• 3:33 p.m. Tuesday - Curtis Wayne Hunley, 45, of 41 EMS T16B Lane, Leesburg, arrested for failure to appear - original charge felony and on three counts of failure to appear - original charge misdemeanor. Bond: $5,930.50.

• 4:13 p.m. Tuesday - Charles C. Gross, 38, Rolling Prairie, arrested for theft with a prior. Bond: $5,250.

• 5:46 p.m. Tuesday - Billy Joe Pearson, 26, of 1208 S. Harkless Drive, Syracuse, arrested on two counts of failure to pay. Bond: $1,192.50.

• 8:35 p.m. Tuesday - Kelli Jo Day, 34, of 5427 W. Ind. 114, North Manchester, arrested for false informing. Bond: $500.

• 11:58 p.m. Tuesday - Robert D. Stutzmen, 60, of 8488 W. CR 1100N, Nappanee, arrested for child molesting - fondling/touching. Bond: $20,250.

• 12:53 a.m. today - Kaleb Shane Perry, 20, of 112 N. Huntington St., Syracuse, arrested for theft of a firearm. Bond: $5,250.

Personal Injury Accident

• 3:02 p.m. Monday - Intersection of North Kalorama Road and EMS T40 Lane, Leesburg. Van swerved to miss animal, left the road and hit a utility pole. Driver: Linda L. Schwartz, 70, North Kalorama Road, Leesburg. Injury: Schwartz complained of leg pain and a headache but refused medical treatment. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.

• 8:33 a.m. Monday - Intersection of Lake City Highway and Anchorage Road, Warsaw. Unknown vehicle hit SUV and fled the scene. Driver remaining: Wendy S. Harges, 44, East Barrington Place, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 10:32 a.m. Monday - South Huntington Street, 50 feet south of East Bowser Road, Syracuse. Three-vehicle collision. Drivers: Jackson A. Birch, 24, Bloomington; Devin M. Russell, 20, South State Street, South Whitley; Thomas E. Webb, 51, North Eagle Place, Syracuse. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Syracuse Police Department investigated.

• 4:49 p.m. Monday - Argonne Road, 175 feet north of Winona Avenue, Warsaw. Car-SUV collision. Drivers: Deborah Geiger, 60, Kings Highway, Winona Lake; Rick E. Swaim, 66, Sandra Lane, Winona Lake. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Winona Lake Police Department investigated.

• 8:33 p.m. Monday - North CR 300E, 500 feet north of East Old 30, Warsaw. During a storm, a tree was taken by the wind and fell on a SUV in motion. Driver: Debra A. Fitzsimmons, 64, East CR 100N, Warsaw. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. KCSD.

• 8:38 a.m. Tuesday - 2211 E. Center St., Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Logan M. McGuire, 20, North Orn Road, Milford; Evan C. Bremer, 20, North CR 175E, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. WPD.

• 9:37 a.m. Tuesday - West CR 100N, 300 feet south of West Old 30, Warsaw. SUV went off road and hit a guardrail. Driver: Joseph A. Deeter, 20, Flora Avenue, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. KCSD.

• 6:16 a.m. Monday - An employee of Deatsman Grain Farms in the 1200 block of East Armstrong Road, Leesburg, reported a burglary. Loss: $20,000. KCSD.

• 12:22 p.m. Monday - A man in the 7200 block of North Ind. 13, North Webster, reported a burglary. KCSD.

• 1:11 p.m. Monday - A man was arrested in the 1500 block of East Winona Avenue, Warsaw, for driving while suspended with a prior. WLPD.

• 1:51 p.m. Monday - A suicidal subject and domestic battery were reported in the 200 block of North Fort Wayne Avenue, Warsaw. WPD.

• 8 p.m. Monday - A woman in the 10600 block of North Turkey Creek Road, Syracuse, reported a person she had a protective order against may have been in her home. KCSD.

• 8:03 a.m. Tuesday - Criminal mischief was reported in the 7800 block of East CR 150N, Pierceton. KCSD.

• 10:28 a.m. Tuesday - An employee of Rice Ford reported a lost license plate in the 2100 block of East Fort Wayne Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 10:32 a.m. Tuesday - A woman reported her son stole a bow and arrow in the 2000 block of South Julian Drive, Warsaw. Value: $60. KCSD.

• 1:21 p.m. Tuesday - A warrant was served in the 100 block of North Colfax Street, Warsaw. WPD.
