The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:

• 9:06 a.m. Thursday - Zachary James Ellison, 20, of 212 S. Union St., Warsaw, arrested for battery. Bond: $600.

• 12:17 p.m. Thursday - Mark Allen Holbrook II, 40, of 920 Anchorage Road, lot 11, Warsaw, arrested for possession of meth. Bond: $5,250.

• 4:36 p.m. Thursday - Arron Patrick McDaniel, 42, Bremen, arrested for nonsupport of a dependent over $15,000. Bond: $48,000.

• 6:25 p.m. Thursday - Constance Jones, 46, of 3104 E. Wooster Road, #8, Pierceton, arrested for failure to appear - original charge misdemeanor. Bond: $285.50.

• 7:32 p.m. Thursday - Rhonda Gale McCleary, 55, of 909 Country Club Road, Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while under the influence with a blood alcohol concentration between .08 and .15. Bond: $700.

• 9:16 p.m. Thursday - Austin James Cassidy, 33, Bremen, arrested for failure to register as a violent sex offender. Bond: $5,250.

• 12:11 a.m. today - Douglas Matthew Barr, 40, of 752 W. Centennial St., Nappanee, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while under the influence with a blood alcohol concentration over .15 and operating a motor vehicle while under the influence. Bond: $700.

• 1:23 a.m. today - James Robert Seitz, 32, of 8013 E. CR 250S, Pierceton, arrested on a warrant from out of state. No bond listed.

• 2:48 a.m. today - Gabriel Lynn Blocher, 43, of 7912 E. CR 150S, Pierceton, arrested for domestic battery. Bond: $1,000.

Property Damage Accidents

• 5:20 p.m. Wednesday - 4987 N. Ind. 13, North Webster. SUV-car collision. Drivers: Douglas D. Smith, 63, West Himes Street, North Webster; Eric S. Owendy, 25, Newport, Tenn. Damage: $750-$1,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.

• 5:44 p.m. Thursday - Intersection of West Market and North Fifth streets, Pierceton. Car hit utility pole. Driver: Rhonda G. McCleary, 55, Country Club Road, Warsaw. McCleary reported she had been drinking moonshine and was arrested for driving a motor vehicle while under the influence. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Winona Lake Police Department investigated.

• 8:54 a.m. Wednesday - A man reported criminal mischief to his vehicle in the 9100 block of North CR 200E, Milford. KCSD.

• 5:36 p.m. Wednesday - A theft was reported in the 2200 block of North Pointe Drive, Warsaw. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 5:42 p.m. Wednesday - The theft of five cellphones and a headlamp from a vehicle was reported in the 100 block of EMS C29 Lane, Warsaw. Value: $315. KCSD.

• 8:39 a.m. Thursday - A warrant on a battery charge was served in the 200 block of South Union Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 11:24 a.m. Thursday - A man reported his car, parked in the 900 block of North Main Street, Milford, had been ransacked and that his backpack, iPad and other items had been stolen. Value: $1,100. Milford Police Department investigated.

• 7:44 p.m. Thursday - A suicidal person was reported in the 1000 block of Mariners Drive, Warsaw. WPD.

• 11:08 p.m. Thursday - A man was arrested in the 2800 block of North Fox Farm Road, Warsaw, for operating a motor vehicle while under the influence. WPD.
