Last Monday Euchre Club

The Last Monday Euchre Club met at the Warsaw Senior Center on  Monday.  

High winner was Asenath Wilson. Low was Nancy Church, and most lones were Cheryl Farrell and Mary Grubbs.

The next meeting will be at 12:30 p.m. Aug. 27 at the Warsaw Senior Center.



Four Seasons Ladies Bridge

WINONA LAKE — The Four Seasons Ladies Bridge group met Wednesday at Grace Village.

Winners were Erma Swank, Elaine Tripp, Dian Cartwright and Barb Calhan.

Nanette Newland was hostess.



Wednesday Night Bridge

The Wednesday Night Bridge group had seven tables this week, with the following winners: Jim Keiffer, Janet Petro, Annette Magner, Tom Anderson, Kathy Clary, Joyce Metz, Joan Earhart and Virginia Horn.  

Janet and John Wagley are hostess and host for August.  

Bridge players are welcome to the weekly gathering.  If interested call Janet Wagley at 574-268-1330.



Singles Meeting Friends

Seven people attended the weekly meeting, along with a couple of gentlemen who stopped to visit with the group. As the conversation went on they learned one of the two was a distant relative to Donald and to Kathy.  

Donna had surgery and she is doing much better.

Upcoming events include Pierceton Days, which continues today; and a concert in the park Friday with Top Secret Band, playing '60s to current rock music.

Singles Meeting ?Friends has game night at 7 p.m. Friday at the upstairs deli at Martin's Super Market. Sitting home alone? Come join the fun.



North Webster Community Center SPEC

NORTH WEBSTER — Bridge results at the Senior Prime Enrichment Center this week:

Tuesday — First, Wanda Wyrick; second, Mike Wyrick.

Thursday — First, Mary Kay Robey; second, Dick Robey.



Grace Thursday Bridge

Grace Thursday Bridge met this week with Becky Girard as hostess.

Winners were Ann Thallemer, Joyce Latta and Carol Freeman.



Lambda Chi Omega

WINONA LAKE — Lambda Chi Omega will have a business meeting at 7 p.m. Wednesday at Grace Village.

Hostesses will be Sandy Nellans and Joyce Garman.
