• 11:39 a.m. Wednesday - Joshua Anthony Wolf, 33, of 4271 S. Mallard Road, Mentone, arrested on two counts of failure to appear - original charge felony and failure to return to lawful detention. No bond set.

• 11:40 a.m. Wednesday - Nickolas David Boyd, 30, of 4299 S. CR 600W, Mentone, arrested for failure to appear - original charge misdemeanor and probation violation - misdemeanor. No bond set.

• 12:04 p.m. Wednesday - Dakota James Hall, 19, Valparaiso, arrested for possession of marijuana - misdemeanor. Bond: $500.

• 12:29 p.m. Wednesday - Russell Keigan Harty, 17, of 1306 Oriole Drive, Warsaw, arrested for battery causing moderate bodily injury. Bond: $5,250.

• 2:17 p.m. Wednesday - Karrin Ransbottom, 37, of 2317 Brookview Drive, Warsaw, arrested for possession of a narcotic, possession of a syringe for a legend drug and possession of a controlled substance. Bond: $5,250.

• 4:34 p.m. Wednesday - Dylan Thomas Espinoza, 21, of 278 E. CR 575N, Leesburg, arrested for probation violation - misdemeanor, possession of marijuana - misdemeanor and possession of paraphernalia - misdemeanor. No bond set.

• 4:59 p.m. Wednesday - Jordan Nichole Blanton, 20, of 261 EMS T25 Lane, Leesburg, arrested for theft. Bond: $600.

• 5:45 p.m. Wednesday - Kyla M. Pace, 20, of 4940 E. Wood Lane, Lot 10, Rochester, arrested for fraud. Bond: $10,500.

• 7:33 p.m. Wednesday - Charles Douglas Zollinger, 29, of 9834 E. Chickadee Drive, Cromwell, arrested for failure to appear - original charge misdemeanor. No bond set.

• 8:08 p.m. Wednesday - Antonio Amah Lee Brown, 22, Fort Wayne, arrested on two counts of failure to appear - original charge felony. No bond set.

• 9:36 p.m. Wednesday - Andrew Steven Riley, 44, of 303 S. Main St., Claypool, arrested for invasion of privacy. Bond: $1,500.

• 11:03 p.m. Wednesday - Kegan Charles Young, 30, of 209 E. Baltimore St., Syracuse, arrested for possession of meth, possession of paraphernalia - misdemeanor, driving while suspended and possession of a Schedule I, II, III and/or IV controlled substance. Bond: $5,250.

• 2:03 a.m. today - Willie Clarence Adams, 65, of 320 W. Main St., Warsaw, arrested for public intoxication. Bond: $500.

• 8:15 p.m. Tuesday - 200 Seminary Drive, Winona Lake. Car hit sign on the campus of Grace College. Driver: Debra S. Musser, 51, Tecumseh Street, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. Winona Lake Police Department investigated.

• 9:40 a.m. Wednesday - Intersection of Lake City Highway and North Parker Street, Warsaw. Load of tires on semi-trailer hit commercial truck but semi driver left the scene. Driver remaining: Devin M. Tacy, 33, Elkhart. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. WPD.

• 5:02 p.m. Wednesday - Intersection of East Fort Wayne Street and North Maple Avenue, Warsaw. Pickup-car collision. Drivers: Roger L. Rollins, 71, East Fort Wayne Street, Warsaw; Justin F. Vining, 38, South County Farm Road, Claypool. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. WPD.

• 2:04 a.m. Wednesday - A narcotics investigation was conducted in the 100 block of East Fort Wayne Street, Warsaw. A woman was arrested on drug charges and for resisting law enforcement. WPD.

• 9:40 a.m. Wednesday - A hit-skip accident was reported in the 2200 block of Lake City Highway, Warsaw. WPD.

• 11:36 a.m. Wednesday - Several rings were found and turned in to police in the 600 block of North Main Street, North Webster. Value: $25. North Webster Police Department investigated.

• 6:16 p.m. Wednesday - A man was arrested for public intoxication and invasion of privacy in the 700 block of North Park Avenue, Warsaw. WPD.

• 8:26 p.m. Wednesday - An animal bite was reported in the 1000 block of North Park Avenue, Warsaw. WPD.
