• 3:01 p.m. Friday - Rachelle Dale Dickey, 27, of 3671 N. Barbee Road, Warsaw, arrested for probation violation - felony, possession of meth and wanted on a warrant for an Indiana agency. Bond: $5,250.

• 9:30 p.m. Friday - Dianna L. Cross, 71, of 600 N. Colfax St., #208, Warsaw, arrested for refusal to submit to chemical test and operating a motor vehicle while under the influence. Bond: $700.

• 12:53 p.m. Saturday - Jesus Alejandro Gutierrez, 26, of 12543 E. CR 300S, Akron, arrested for probation violation - felony. No bond set.

• 8:24 p.m. Saturday - Bruce Edward Yeazel, 29, of 116 N. CR 300E, Warsaw, arrested for driving while suspended with a prior and probation violation - felony. Bond: $950.

• 9:41 p.m. Saturday - Jacob Paul Miller, 45, of 309 S. Main St., Milford, arrested on five counts of failure to appear - original charge misdemeanor. Bond: $2,217.

• 1:39 a.m. Sunday - Stephanie Louis Orten, 35, of 4329 N. Ind. 13, Leesburg, arrested for probation violation - misdemeanor, probation violation - felony, failure to appear - original charge felony. Bond: $12,500.

• 4:15 a.m. Sunday - Shelby Nicole Riff, 19, Garrett, arrested for illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor. Bond: $400.

• 9:28 p.m. Sunday - Zachary Deven Schultz, 22, of 407 S. Indiana St., Warsaw, arrested for domestic battery with serious bodily injury. Bond: $2,750.

• 11:45 p.m. Sunday - Brandon William Faubion, 24, of 762 N. Lake St., Warsaw, arrested for possession of marijuana - misdemeanor. Bond: $600.

Personal Injury Accidents

• 3:39 p.m. Friday - Intersection of North Ind. 13 and East CR 900N, North Webster. Two-car collision. Drivers: Benjamin A. Musselman, 26, Columbia City; John P. Bartman, 49, East Koher Road, Syracuse. Injury: Musselman complained of pain to the lower leg and was taken to Parkview Hospital Whitley for treatment. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department investigated.

• 1:16 p.m. Sunday - North Fox Farm Road, 500 feet west of North CR 200W, Warsaw. Motorcycle went off the right side of the road as he was in a curve, went into a ditch and impacted the far side of the ditch. Rider: Vance D. Brooke, 18, Southside Drive, Warsaw. Injury: Brooke complained of pain to his back. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. KCSD.

• 10:25 a.m. Friday – Intersection of East Main and North Detroit streets, Warsaw. Car-pickup collision. Drivers: Robert G. Walmer, 66, Connors Court, Warsaw; Brian K. Stalder, 46, Sunset Drive, Warsaw. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 6:58 p.m. Friday - Main Street, 50 feet south of Washington Street, North Webster. Car hit parked car; registration information not available. Drivers: Amanda K. Dennis, 40, EMS D16 C Lane, Syracuse. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. North Webster Police Department investigated.

• 1:25 a.m. Saturday - Ind. 13, 30 feet north of CR 400N, North Webster. Car hit  deer. Driver: Robert N. Hayden, 26, Cromwell. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. NWPD.

• 7:32 p.m. Thursday – A person reported his neighbor pulled a gun on him in the 2600 block of East Steven Drive, Warsaw. The man was arrested for intimidation with a deadly weapon, possession of a firearm by a serious violent felon and pointing a loaded firearm at a person. KCSD.

• 7:34 p.m. Thursday – Marijuana and paraphernalia were found inside a person’s vehicle in the 2500 block of East Center Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 10:07 p.m. Thursday – A woman reported domestic battery in the 1600 block of East CR 225S, Winona Lake. WLPD.

• 12:53 a.m. Friday – A death was investigated in the 2400 block of South Ferguson Road, Warsaw. KCSD.

• 7:44 a.m. Saturday - A man reported someone broke into his son's residence in the 1800 block of South CR 500E, Pierceton, and took radios, tools and jeep parts. Loss: $300. KCSD.

• 12:01 p.m. Saturday - KCSD assisted Kosciusko County Probation with the apprehension of a person in the 100 block of Pequignot Drive, Pierceton. KCSD.

• 1:17 p.m. Saturday - A citizen's assist was provided in the 400 block of North Dolan Street, Syracuse. Syracuse Police Department investigated.

• 2:02 p.m. Saturday - An employee of Teachers Credit Union reported suspicious acts in the 3500 block of Commerce Drive, Warsaw. WPD.

• 6:42 p.m. Saturday - A woman in the 3500 block of Commerce Drive, Warsaw, was found to be suffering from a mental condition was taken to Kosciusko Community Hospital for medical clearance and then to Bowen Center on a 72-hour emergency detention. WPD.

• 7:49 p.m. Saturday - Police found a driver sleeping at a traffic light in the 2400 block of North Detroit Street, Warsaw. The driver had a suspended license and was wanted on a warrant. WPD.

• 11:04 p.m. Saturday - A woman reported the theft of a purse, medication, credit and debit cards and money in the 500 block of West Boston Street, Syracuse. Loss: $10. SPD.

• 2:41 a.m. Sunday - A person was arrested for illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor in the 700 block of East Lake View Road, Syracuse. SPD.

• 7:23 a.m. Sunday - An employee of Pak-A-Sak in the 2100 block of South Ind. 13, Pierceton, reported the theft of money. Loss: $275.57. KCSD.
