• 20541 8:58 a.m. Thursday – Alfred Leonardo Walker II, 22, Martinsville, arrested for false informing in a crime/investigation, hindering law enforcement. Bond: $500.

• 11:33 a.m. Thursday – Tyler Allen Smith, 23, Goshen, arrested for failure to appear –  original charge misdemeanor. Bond: $707.

• 12:20 p.m. Thursday – Cayse Lee Kentch, 36, of 2658 N. Ind. 13,. Pierceton, arrested for disorderly conduct-fight. Bond: $500.

• 12:33 p.m. Thursday – Angel Christina Carpenter, 36, of 123 E. Fort Wayne St., Warsaw, arrested for driving while suspended with a prior. No bond set.

• 12:44 p.m. Thursday – Jessica Lee-Ann Kentch, 35, of 2658 N. Ind. 13, Pierceton, arrested for disorderly conduct-fight. Bond: $500.

• 1:35 p.m. Thursday – Trent Ryan Furnivall, 29, of 216 N. Walnut St., Etna Green, arrested for possession of a narcotic. Bond: $5,250.

• 1:39 p.m. Thursday – Kevin Cleon Clark, 41, of 114 E. Orange St., Cromwell, arrested for failure to appear - original charge misdemeanor. Bond: $450.

• 3:05 p.m. Thursday – Ruby Ann Staab, 38, of 6290 E. CR 400S, Pierceton, arrested for contempt of court. No bond set.

• 5:26 p.m. Thursday – Caleb James Jenkins, 21, of 2610 Harmony Court, Winona Lake, arrested for failure to comply. No bond set.

• 9:21 p.m. Thursday – James Paul Grothaus, 24, of 2693 E. Steven Drive, Warsaw, arrested for intimidation with a deadly weapon; possession of a firearm by a serious violent felon; and pointing a loaded firearm at a person. Bond: $15,250.

• 11:32 p.m. Thursday – Austin Carl Bakian, 26, of 304 W. High St., Etna Green, arrested for driving while judged a habitual traffic violator and operating a motor vehicle while under the influence with a prior. Bond: $5,250.



Personal Injury Accident

• 9:31 p.m. Monday – U.S. 33, north of CR 42, Elkhart County. Three-vehicle collision. Drivers: Spencer Richter, 23, Albion; Logan Griffith, 17, Ligonier; Pamela Nickels, 62, Syracuse. Injuries: Nickels complained of chest pain and was taken to Goshen General Hospital. Elkhart County Sheriff’s Department investigated.



Property Damage Accident

• 3:22 p.m. Thursday – Ind. 15, 280 feet north of Plaza Drive, Warsaw. Van-pickup collision. Drivers: John J. Lowman, 64, North Walnut Street, Burket; Seth E. Biltz, 36, East CR 650S, Pierceton. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 6:10 p.m. Wednesday – An employee of H&L Motors, 977 N. Lake St., Warsaw, reported the theft of vehicle parts and accessories, radios, TVs, VCRs from vehicles. Loss: $200. WPD.

• 9:49 p.m. Wednesday – An officer was dispatched to Animal Welfare League, 3489 East CR 100S, Pierceton, in reference to a burglary alarm. KCSD.

• 11:44 p.m. Wednesday – A person reported a stolen vehicle from Etna Elevator, 120 N. Walnut St., Etna Green. Loss: $7,000. KCSD.

• 5:44 a.m. Thursday – A man was arrested in the 2600 block of Harmony Court, Winona Lake, for failure to comply. WPD.

• 10:25 a.m. Thursday – An adult man was found deceased in the 400 block of South Washington Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 7:32 p.m. Thursday – A person reported his neighbor pulled a gun on him in the 2600 block of East Steven Drive, Warsaw. The man was arrested for intimidation with a deadly weapon, possession of a firearm by a serious violent felon and pointing a loaded firearm at a person. KCSD.

• 12:53 a.m. today – A death was investigated in the 2400 block of South Ferguson Road, Warsaw. KCSD.
