• 11:01 a.m. Wednesday – Haleigh Renae Johnson, 25, of 1521 E. Fort Wayne St., Warsaw, arrested for visiting a common nuisance, possession of a syringe for a legend drug and possession of paraphernalia – misdemeanor. Bond: $5,250.

• 11:13 a.m. Wednesday – Nichole Marie McGillem, 37, of 502 W. Market St., Pierceton, arrested for failure to appear – misdemeanor and two counts of failure to appear – original charge misdemeanor. Bond: $910.

• 2:55 p.m. Wednesday – Marc Kyle Sutherland Sr., 43, of 23 EMS T26C Lane, Leesburg, arrested for burglary of a dwelling. Bond: $21,500.

• 3:06 p.m. Wednesday – Christopher Wesley Roberts, 38, of 2106 E. Jefferson St., Warsaw, arrested for invasion of privacy and robbery with a deadly weapon or with bodily injury. Bond: $21,750.

• 3:36 a.m. today – Justin Billy Ottinger, 33, of 3520 N. CR 900W, Cromwell, arrested on a warrant in a civil matter. Bond: $500.

• 11:29 a.m. Tuesday – North Ind. 15, 6,300 feet south of CR 600N, Warsaw. Pickup–car collision. Drivers: Nelson G. Hoover, 17, Elkhart; Elisamuel Garcia, 42, Kuder Lane, Warsaw. Injury: Garcia complained of pain to the neck and back and went to the hospital for treatment. Damage: $10,000–$25,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department investigated.

• 1:33 p.m. Tuesday – Anchorage Road, 100 feet south of East U.S. 30, Warsaw. Two–car collision. Drivers: Felipe Flores, 72, Anchorage Road, Warsaw; Lasca Randels, 52, North Vicky Lane, Warsaw. Injury: Flores complained of chest pain, which he said started before the collision. Damage: $2,500–$5,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 4:59 p.m. Tuesday – A woman reported a large truck damaged her yard in the 500 block of West Section Street, Milford. MPD.

• 5 p.m. Tuesday – A man in the 300 block of North Henry Street, Milford, reported the theft of a GPS unit from his vehicle. Loss: $150. MPD.

• 6:57 a.m. Wednesday – An unattended death was investigated in the 1000 block of East Arthur Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 4:01 p.m. Wednesday – A person was arrested in the 100 block of Lake City Highway, Warsaw, for driving while judged a habitual traffic violator for life. WPD.

• 5:03 p.m. Wednesday – An employee at Walmart reported a suspicious incident in the 2500 block of Walton Boulevard, Warsaw. WPD.

• 6:10 p.m. Wednesday – An employee at H&L Motors in the 900 block of North Lake Street, Warsaw, reported the theft of vehicle parts and accessories, radios, TVs and VCRs from vehicles. Loss: $200. WPD.
