The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:

• 12:40 a.m. Tuesday –  Dylan Taylor Campbell, 22, of 1706 Chestnut St., Winona Lake, arrested for possession of marijuana –  misdemeanor. Bond: $500.

• 1:59 p.m. Tuesday –  John James Bennett, 34, Fort Wayne, arrested for failure to appear –  original charge misdemeanor. Bond: $5,000.

• 3:13 p.m. Tuesday –  Joshua R. North, 22, of 1118 Country Club Lane, Warsaw, arrested for probation violation –  felony. No bond listed.

• 3:48 p.m. Tuesday –  Rodney William Falls, 54, Valparaiso, arrested for failure to appear –  felony. No bond set.

• 4:27 p.m. Tuesday –  Scott Allen Powers, 41, of 4860 E. Wood Lane, Rochester, arrested for failure to appear –  original charge felony and probation violation –  felony. No bond set.

• 5:04 p.m. Tuesday –  Taylor Elizabeth Laughlin, 20, of 125 Canterbury Lane, Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear –  original charge misdemeanor and reckless driving. Bond: $500.

• 5:50 p.m. Tuesday –  Dustin Neal Sorensen, 28, of 5 EMS D25 Lane, Syracuse, arrested for criminal confinement and possession of marijuana –  misdemeanor. Bond: $5,250.

• 7:20 p.m. Tuesday –  Brian Keith Noll, 43, of 123 E. Fort Wayne St., Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear –  original charge misdemeanor and false informing. Bond: $767.



Property Damage Accidents

• 6:16 p.m. Monday –  6756 E. Old 30, Pierceton. Pickup hit parked car registered to Douglas A. Quinn, Fort Wayne. Driver: Daniel J. Lord, 39, Columbia City. Damage: $750– $1,000. Pierceton Police Department investigated.

• 6:58 a.m. Tuesday –  South CR 450W, 32 feet north of West Ind. 14, Silver Lake. SUV hit deer. Driver: Joshua S. Andrews, 32, South CR 500W, Silver Lake. Damage: $1,000– $2,500. Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department investigated.



Incidents

• 6:27 p.m. Monday –  A woman reported a burglary to her residence in the 3200 block of South Ind. 19, Mentone. Jewelry and a television were taken. Loss: $1,250. KCSD.

• 10:28 p.m. Monday –  A man was arrested for driving while suspended with a prior in the 7700 block of North Syracuse– Webster Road, North Webster. North Webster Police Department investigated.

• 10:46 p.m. Monday –  A runaway was reported in the 11700 block of North Orn Road, Milford. The female was later found at a friend's house in Syracuse and returned home. KCSD.

• 10:52 a.m. Tuesday –  A person in the 11500 block of North Enchanted Forest Lane, Cromwell, reported fraudulent charges made at two store locations. KCSD.

• 1:18 p.m. Tuesday –  A person in the 200 block of West Main Street, Warsaw, reported being a victim of fraud. KCSD.

• 3:19 p.m. Tuesday –  A traffic stop occurred in the 2000 block of East Winona Avenue, Warsaw. The female driver was arrested on an outstanding out-of-county warrant as well as charged with reckless driving. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 5:06 p.m. Tuesday –  An overdose was reported in the 900 block of Anchorage Road, Warsaw. WPD.

• 6:12 p.m. Tuesday – A person was found to have an outstanding warrant and gave false information about his identity in the 200 block of North Columbia Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 10:29 p.m. Tuesday – Officers received a call referencing the transporting of a man from Parkview Warsaw in the 1300 block of Mariners Drive, Warsaw, to Parkview Behavioral in Fort Wayne.
