NORTH MANCHESTER — Joann Hoover, 89, North Manchester, died at 9:08 p.m. April 18, 2018, in Parkview Wabash Hospital.

She was born Oct. 2, 1928, in Wabash County, to Melvin and Trevah Farley Snell. She was married to Russell Hoover on April 24, 1948. He died Nov. 2, 2017.

She was employed with Heckman Bindery for 30 years, retiring in 1989.

Her funeral will be at 2 p.m. Thursday, with calling one hour prior, in Timbercrest Chapel, 2201 East St., North Manchester. Burial will be in Pleasant Hill Cemetery.

Calling is from 4 to 7 p.m. Wednesday at McKee Mortuary, 1401 Ind. 114W, North Manchester.
