The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:

• 10:01 a.m. Thursday - Chuulhoon Justin Lee, 20, of 1508 Tippecanoe Drive, #C2, Warsaw, arrested for possession of marijuana - misdemeanor and possession of paraphernalia - misdemeanor. Bond: $600.

• 7:26 p.m. Thursday - Lucas Allan Oglesbee, 29, of 321 W. Fort Wayne St., Warsaw, arrested for probation violation - felony. Bond: $2,000.

• 7:35 p.m. Thursday - Natasha Dawn Cotton Rhodes, 35, Bardstown, Ky., arrested on two counts of failure to appear - original charge misdemeanor. Bond: $883.

• 8:08 p.m. Thursday - Timothy Allan Dilley, 55, of 95 EMS D18A1 Lane, Syracuse, arrested for battery causing bodily injury. Bond: $1,500.

• 8:15 p.m. Thursday - James Marcus Elliott Jr., 39, of 402 W. Main St., Silver Lake, arrested for driving while suspended with a prior. Bond: $450.

• 8:43 p.m. Thursday - Jennifer Rebecca Wines, 46, Ligonier, arrested for failure to appear - original charge misdemeanor. No bond set.

• 9:17 p.m. Thursday - Jeromie Lee Bright, 38, of 709 W. North St., Syracuse, arrested for failure to appear - misdemeanor. Bond: $5,000.



Personal Injury Accidents

• 10:09 p.m. Wednesday - Intersection of Ind. 14 and Packerton Road, Silver Lake. Car-SUV collision. Drivers: Gabriela Hinojosa, 24, Pike Shore Drive, Warsaw; Jesse L. Thompson, 67, East CR 50N, Akron. Injuries: Hinojosa and Thompson complained of pain to the chest. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department investigated.

• 11:19 p.m. Wednesday - Intersection of South County Farm Road and East CR 800S, Claypool. Two-car collision. Drivers: Kaelynn M. Keplinger, 23, Knox; Kayla M. Bailey, 22, East Second Street, North Manchester. Injuries: Keplinger complained of pain to the shoulder and was treated at the scene; Bailey complained of pain to the lower leg and was taken to Kosciusko Community Hospital for treatment. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. KCSD.

• 5:56 a.m. Wednesday - Intersection of South Buffalo and Prairie streets, Warsaw. Two-SUV collision. Drivers: John B. Burke, 59, Roann; Allyson R. Orr, 25, East CR 225S, Winona Lake. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 4:09 p.m. Wednesday - South Ind. 15, 400 feet north of West Union Street, Claypool. Car hit deer. Driver: Cheryl A. Wiggs, 69, Marion. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Claypool Police Department investigated.

• 5:07 p.m. Wednesday - Intersection of South Huntington Street and East Pickwick Drive, Syracuse. Commercial truck-van collision. Drivers: Michael J. Chalk, 40, North Sandpoint Drive, Cromwell; Randy L. Catron, 40, North CR 750E, Syracuse. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. Syracuse Police Department investigated.

• 12:37 a.m. Friday - North Ind. 15, 2,500 feet north of West Levi Lee Road, Warsaw. Pickup hit deer. Driver: William R. Vincent, 59, North Aspen Drive, Warsaw. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. KCSD.

• 7:32 a.m. Wednesday - A theft from a vehicle was reported in the 500 block of West Railroad Avenue, Syracuse. SPD.

• 7:42 p.m. Wednesday - A person reported harassment in the 200 block of Seminary Drive, Winona Lake. Winona Lake Police Department investigated.

• 10:27 p.m. Wednesday - While officers responded to a two-vehicle accident in the 1900 block of East Ind. 14, Silver Lake, a driver admitted to consuming alcohol prior to the accident. KCSD.

• 7:07 a.m. Thursday - A conflict between neighbors and verbal threats and intimidation were reported in the 100 block of EMS B33A Lane, Warsaw. KCSD.

• 8:30 a.m. Thursday - An employee of the United States Postal Service in the 300 block of West Market Street, Warsaw, reported criminal mischief to the flag pole. The ropes that raise and lower the flags had been cut, causing the flags to fall. Value: $300. WPD.

• 5:53 p.m. Thursday - A juvenile was reported to have left home without permission in the 500 block of East Market Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 6:14 p.m. Thursday - A traffic stop occurred in the 300 block of West Market Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 6:33 p.m. Thursday - Trespassing was reported in the 700 block of North Park Avenue, Warsaw. WPD.
