• 2:26 a.m. Wednesday - Diego Estuardo Morales, 25, of 1202 Wooster Road, #68, Winona Lake, arrested for possession of meth and possession of paraphernalia - misdemeanor. Bond: $5,250.

• 10:39 a.m. Wednesday - Cody Ray Hart, 39, of 4690 Ind. 25, Rochester, arrested for failure to appear - misdemeanor. No bond set.

• 12:35 p.m. Wednesday - Thomas Foster Smith, 36, of 3403 S. CR 550W, Mentone, arrested for failure to appear - original charge misdemeanor. Bond: $394.

• 1:16 p.m. Wednesday - Jessica Lynn Thomason, 27, of 304 S. Elm St., Milford, arrested on a warrant for an Indiana agency. No bond listed.

• 1:37 p.m. Wednesday - John Luke Petrassi, 19, Monon, arrested for failure to appear - original charge misdemeanor. Bond: $600.

• 1:59 p.m. Wednesday - Ollievia Becky Sigsbee, 35, of 209 Turkey Creek Drive, Milford, arrested for driving while suspended with a prior. Bond: $450.

• 2:13 p.m. Wednesday - Robert Rodney Orphal, 45, Fort Wayne, arrested for failure to appear - original charge felony. No bond set.

• 3:33 p.m. Wednesday - Shavondra Demetrios Davis, 28, Fort Wayne, arrested for failure to appear - original charge felony. Bond: $5,000.

• 3:59 p.m. Wednesday - Daniel Kurtis Parks, 38, Fort Wayne, arrested for failure to appear - original charge felony. Bond: $5,000.

• 8:19 p.m. Wednesday - Moses Lee McNees, 54, of 310 S. Columbia St., Warsaw, arrested for probation violation - misdemeanor. No bond set.

• 10:11 p.m. Wednesday - Danielle Marie Bolinger, 23, Noblesville, arrested for probation violation - felony; possession of paraphernalia - misdemeanor; possession of a syringe for a legend drug; and possession of meth. Bond: $5,250.

• 10:11 p.m. Wednesday - Cody Lee Bade, 26, Churubusco, arrested for possession of meth, possession of paraphernalia - misdemeanor and dealing meth 1 to 5 grams. Bond: $15,250.



Personal Injury Accident

• 2:35 p.m. Wednesday - Intersection of West Ind. 25 and South Tinkey Road, Mentone. SUV-car collision. Drivers: Christina S. Farmer, 33, West Ind. 25, Mentone; Travis W. Edwards, 29, South Don Way, Claypool. Injuries: Farmer complained of pain to the neck; Edwards complained of pain to the knee, lower leg and foot; a passenger in Edwards' car, Eric R. Cody, 31, South Beehive Court, Claypool, had minor bleeding to the head. Damage: $25,000-$50,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department investigated.

Property Damage Accidents

• 4:06 a.m. Tuesday - Intersection of North Ind. 15 and West CR 1350N, Warsaw. Car went off road and hit a guardrail. Driver: Domingo R. Rodriguez-Vega, 26, Inverness Point, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. KCSD.

• 4:39 a.m. Tuesday - Intersection of North Ind. 15 and West CR 1350N, Warsaw. Driver hit patch of ice on bridge, lost control of vehicle and started spinning across Ind. 15 and hit guardrail; pickup hit guardrail after trying to avoid the car, then bounced off guardrail and hit car. Drivers: Oneida J. Cerda, 35, East CR 200N, Warsaw; Francis R. Lynch, 50, Stroh. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. KCSD.

• 7:20 a.m. Tuesday - Intersection of County Farm Road and Dausha Court, Warsaw. SUV hit deer. Driver: Marissa J. Lee, 39, South Parry Drice, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 8:19 a.m. Wednesday - 307 W. School St., Pierceton. SUV-car collision. Drivers: Faith A. Fuller, 24, Anchorage Road, Warsaw; Hannah Catt, 21, Kokomo. Damage; $1,000-$2,500. Pierceton Police Department investigated.

• 8 a.m. Monday - A burglary and criminal mischief were reported in the 100 block of Arnolt Drive, Pierceton. PPD.

• 6:03 p.m. Tuesday - A man reported a company working at a residence damaged property in the 8200 block of East U.S. 30, Pierceton. Damage: $200. KCSD.

• 7:32 a.m. Wednesday - A person reported a hit-skip accident in the 500 block of East Camp Mack Road, Milford. KCSD.

• 10:51 a.m. Wednesday - Officers performed a welfare check on a person in the 700 block of Ross Avenue, Warsaw. WPD.

• 11:44 a.m. Wednesday - A person was arrested on a warrant in the 3500 block of Lake City Highway, Warsaw. WPD.

• 12:27 p.m. Wednesday - A person was arrested on a warrant in the 3600 block of Commerce Drive, Warsaw. WPD.

• 2:38 p.m. Wednesday - A suicide attempt was reported in the 300 block of Pieta Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 4:47 p.m. Wednesday - A person reported having gasoline siphoned from a tank sometime overnight in the 200 block of West Fourth Street, Milford. Loss: $25. Milford Police Department investigated.

• 7:48 p.m. Wednesday - A traffic stop occurred and a person was arrested on a warrant in the 300 block of East CR 200N, Warsaw. WPD.

• 8:28 p.m. Wednesday - A person was arrested for driving while suspended with a prior in the 700 block of North Parker Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 9:16 p.m. Wednesday - A traffic stop occurred and a person was arrested for possession of marijuana, paraphernalia and dealing meth. WPD.

• 9:55 p.m. Wednesday - A person reported possible drug paraphernalia in a restaurant lobby in the 3300 block of Lake City Highway, Warsaw. WPD.
