• 4:17 p.m. Tuesday – Jodean Marie Neher, 49, of 7342 W. CR 1150S, Akron, arrested for failure to appear - felony. No bond set.

• 4:33 p.m. Tuesday - Austin Gene Ousley, 19, of 4878 E. Wood Lane, Rochester, arrested for theft. Bond: $600.

• 5:32 p.m. Tuesday - Dennis Paul Culler, 27, of 9870 N. CR 700E, Syracuse, arrested on a warrant for an Indiana agency. No bond listed.



Personal Injury Accidents

• 10:52 a.m. Monday - North Ind. 13, 50 feet south of South Harkless Drive, Syracuse. Car-van collision. Drivers: Micheal A. Wiener, 22, Cincinnati, Ohio; Michael J. Chestnut, 71, East Circle Drive North, Syracuse. Injuries: Both drivers complained of pain to the lower back, were checked by medics at the scene and released. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Syracuse Police Department investigated.

• 2:11 p.m. Monday - Intersection of North Roosevelt and East Main streets, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Dorothy E. Apeland, 56, North CR 400E, Warsaw; Wendy O. Wylie, 46, North CR 175E, Warsaw. Injury: Apeland complained of pain to the neck and wrist. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 5:25 p.m. Monday - Intersection of U.S. 30 and Anchorage Road, Warsaw. Three-vehicle collision. Drivers: Bryan D. Brumbaugh, 30, South CR 175W, Warsaw; Steven Bonnell, 60, Avon, Conn.; Shalin A. Parikh, 24, Kinney Drive, Warsaw. Injury: Bonnell complained of pain to the head and was checked out by medics at the scene. Damage: $50,000-$100,000. WPD.
