The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:

• 8:55 a.m. Monday - Michael Lynn Losher III, 36, of 44 EMS B51 Lane, Warsaw, arrested for failure to pay. Bond: $973.

• 11:41 a.m. Monday - Madeleine Stratmann Crull, 23, Elkhart, arrested for failure to appear - original charge infraction. Bond: $185.50.

• 2:25 p.m. Monday - Kimberly Ann Click, 55, of 200 Lakeview Drive, Winona Lake, arrested for failure to pay. Bond: $350.

• 4:40 p.m. Monday - Ramon Dominguez, 63, of 340 E. Levi Lee Road, Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear - misdemeanor. Bond: $750.

• 6:58 p.m. Monday - Knikolas Dustin Disbro, 32, of 2374 W. Nina Lane, Warsaw, arrested for delivering false sales document and theft. Bond: $5,250.

• 8:29 p.m. Monday - Amber Rose Booher, 32, of 6838 E. CR 600N, North Webster, arrested for failure to appear - original charge misdemeanor. No bond set.

• 10:02 p.m. Monday - Cory Eugene Iden, 34, of 312 W. Crystal Flash Road, North Webster, arrested on a warrant in a civil matter. Bond: $500.

• 4:42 a.m. today - John Henry Parker, 47, of 110 N. Main St., H, Claypool, arrested for possession of meth and possession of paraphernalia – misdemeanor. Bond: $5,250.



Property Damage Accident

• 3:53 p.m. Saturday - West Bowser Road, 50 feet west of South Huntington Street, Syracuse. SUV-pickup collision. Drivers: Felicia A. Hochstetler, 35, East Market Street, Nappanee; Cody W. Heltzel, 19, East Mock Road, Milford. Damage: $750-$1,000. Syracuse Police Department investigated.



Incidents

• Midnight Sunday - A vehicle was stopped for a license plate light out in the 6100 block of South CR 700W, Claypool, and upon further investigation led to the arrest of a person for driving while suspended with a prior. Claypool Police Department investigated.

• 6:23 p.m. Sunday - A report of a person making suicidal threats was made in the 100 block of Tiger Lane, Warsaw. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 9 p.m. Sunday - An unwanted subject was reported in the 6500 block of West CR 550N, Warsaw. Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department investigated.

• 9:36 p.m. Sunday - A battery was reported in the 4800 block of North Baldwin Road, North Webster. KCSD.

• 3:33 p.m. Monday - A person was arrested for counterfeiting and on a warrant in the 1000 block of Husky Trail, Warsaw. WPD.

• 5:47 p.m. Monday - An employee of Walmart in the 2500 block of Walton Boulevard, Warsaw, reported the theft of deli meat and bath tissue. Value: $10.74. WPD.
