• 4:25 p.m. Friday - South Ind. 25, 1,000 feet west of West CR 250S, Warsaw. Motorcycle went off road twice, rolled over, throwing the rider to the ground. Driver: Jack R. Friedman, 65, Elkhart. Injury: Friedman complained of pain to his right arm and was taken to Kosciusko Community Hospital for treatment. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department investigated.

• 1:12 a.m. Saturday - Intersection of North CR 175E and North Brook Boulevard, Warsaw. Motorcycle hit deer and laid down on its side, sliding to a stop. Driver: Jerry M. Hall, 41, Clinic Court, Warsaw. Injury: Hall complained of pain to his forehead and right wrist. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 11:40 p.m. Saturday - 56 E. Bell Drive, Warsaw. Car hit cement base of light pole belonging to Zimmer Biomet, Main Street, Warsaw. Driver: Drew J. Beverly, 19, South CR 275E, Warsaw. • 1:29 p.m. Sunday - 525 E. Camp Mack Road, Milford. Angela M. Thorn, East CR 1150N, Milford, let her brother-in-law drive her car and he crashed into two garages belonging to Jana Strolley, 535 E. Camp Mack Road, Milford, and Michael H. Levy, 525 E. Camp Mack Road, Milford; he then fled the scene. Also damaged in the accident was property belonging to Brad C. Robinson, 525 E. Camp Mack Road, Milford, and NIPSCO, Merrillville. Driver: Brandon L. Taylor, 27, East Genesee Lane, Cromwell. Injuries: Passengers in the car, Richard L. Harwick, 28, EMS W26 Lane, North Webster, reported pain to the upper arm; Angela M. Thorn, 28, reported pain to the chest; Serenidy Lung, 9, East CR 1150N, Milford, report injury to the chest; Makenzie Muston, 7, East CR 1150N, Milford, reported injury to the back.
