The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:

• 3:53 a.m. Thursday - Michael Ray McCord, 38, of 5808 W. Hummingbird Drive, Mentone, arrested for driving while suspended with a prior. Bond: $450.

• 8:55 a.m. Thursday - Eric James Williams, 24, of 5057 E. CR 1100N, Syracuse, arrested for failure to stop after an accident. Bond: $500.

• 1:58 p.m. Thursday - Tharon Jacob Albright, 25, 1656 N. McCulloch Road, Syracuse, arrested for failure to register as a sex or violent sex offender. Bond: $5,250.

• 4:20 p.m. Thursday - Jessica Nicle Moss, 35, Peru, arrested for failure to appear - original charge misdemeanor - no bond set.

• 6:21 p.m. Thursday - Amanda Gail Akers, 50, of 516 W. Pike St., Warsaw, arrested for possession of paraphernalia - misdemeanor. Bond: $600.

• 6:44 p.m. Thursday - Tiffiany Danielle Jervis, 27, of 2441 W. CR 250S, #87, Warsaw, arrested for possession of paraphernalia - misdemeanor and failure to appear - original charge misdemeanor. Bond: $600.

• 6:50 p.m. Thursday - Glenn Alvin Cochran, 31, of 516 W. Pike St., Warsaw, arrested for possession of paraphernalia - misdemeanor. Bond: $600.

• 9:19 p.m. Thursday - Chase Alton Terry, 26, of 13474 N. Eastshore Drive, Syracuse, arrested for failure to appear - original charge misdemeanor. Bond: $600.

• 9:50 p.m. Thursday - Nathan A. Miller, 34, of 8492 W. CR 900S, Akron, arrested for driving while suspended with a prior and on a warrant for an Indiana agency. Bond: $450.

• 10:19 p.m. Thursday - Austen Everett Alan Lyke, 23, of 106 W. North St., Claypool, arrested for domestic battery in the presence of a child under 16 and domestic battery. Bond: $5,750.

• 11:06 p.m. Thursday - David Michael Gregory, 41, of 53 EMS D22 Lane, Syracuse, arrested for probation violation - felony. Bond: $5,500.

• 4:39 a.m. today - Michael David Mench, 36, of 406 Turkey Creek Drive, Milford, arrested for battery with a deadly weapon, being a habitual traffic violator, resisting law enforcement with use of a vehicle, resisting law enforcement - fleeing and reckless driving. Bond: $10,250.



Personal Injury Accident

• 1:18 p.m. Tuesday - Intersection of Dubois and Provident drives, Warsaw. Car-pickup collision. Drivers: Donna Stone, 84, Peru; Wayne L. Christenberry, 55, North CR 150E, Warsaw. Injuries: Stone complained of pain and bruising to the upper leg; Christenberry complained of pain to his back; a passenger in Christenberry's pickup, Kaitlin M. Christenberry, 23, East Clark Street, Warsaw, complained of pain to the neck. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.



Property Damage Accident

• 9:15 p.m. Wednesday - Intersection of North CR 175E and East Kosciusko Drive, Warsaw. Car-Warsaw Police Department SUV collision. Drivers: Jared M. Borkholder, 32, Goshen; Trenton F. Shively, 36, East Fort Wayne Street, Warsaw. Damage: $25,000-$50,000. Winona Lake Police Department investigated.



Incidents

• 3:29 p.m. Wednesday - Criminal mischief to a vehicle was reported in the 100 block of West Main Street, Silver Lake. Silver Lake Police Department investigated.

• 9:48 p.m. Wednesday - A person operating a motor vehicle while under the influence was investigated in the 200 block of South Huntington Street, Syracuse. Syracuse Police Department investigated.

• 10:48 p.m. Wednesday - Invasion of privacy and criminal trespass was reported in the 100 block of North Main Street, Syracuse. SPD.

• 12:29 p.m. Thursday - Damage to a vehicle was reported at North Webster Elementary School in the 5700 block of North CR 750E, North Webster. North Webster Police Department investigated.

• 9 p.m. Thursday - A person threatening suicide was reported in the 1500 block of Provident Drive, Warsaw. WPD.
