• 11:11 p.m. Wednesday - Jared Marc Borkholder, 32, of 14121 CR 36, Goshen, arrested for possession of meth, resisting law enforcement with use of a vehicle, possession of marijuana - misdemeanor, possession of paraphernalia - misdemeanor, resisting law enforcement and battery on law enforcement. Bond: $5,250.

• 11:42 p.m. Wednesday - Sheila Dyan Berkeypile, 49, of 101 N. West St., Milford, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while under the influence with a BAC of at least .15. Bond: $700.

• 12:32 a.m. today - Keith Allen Busch, 44, South Bend, arrested for invasion of privacy and criminal trespass. Bond: $1,500.

• 12:38 a.m. today - Patrick Estep, 53, of 2930 W. CR 250S, Warsaw, arrested for being a habitual traffic offender for life. Bond: $5,250.

• 2:14 a.m. today - Dana Jeanette Barnes, 28, Logansport, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while under the influence with a blood alcohol concentration between .08 to .15. Bond: $700.



Personal Injury Accident

• 4:53 p.m. Tuesday - North Ind. 15, 2,500 feet south of West CR 900N, Milford. Two-SUV collision. Drivers: Judy A. Sims, 66, North Creek Bend Lane, Milford; Matthew R. Fuller, 39, North Happiness Drive, Syracuse. Injury: A passenger in Fuller's SUV, Cassandra J. Fuller, 40, same address, suffered a possible fracture to the hip and was taken by air ambulance to a hospital. Damage: $25,000-$50,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department investigated.



Property Damage Accidents

• 4:32 p.m. Tuesday – West Crystal Lake Road, 32 feet east of South CR 600W, Warsaw. Car swerved to avoid hitting an unknown animal, went off road and hit fence belonging to CB Farms LLC, Atwood. Driver: Bruce D. Swope, 56, North Liberty. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. KCSD.

• 7:50 a.m. Wednesday - 610 Wooster Road, Winona Lake. SUV went off road and hit a large concrete base of a light pole. Driver: Trey J. Metheny, 19, Plymouth. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Winona Lake Police Department investigated.

• 1:23 p.m. Wednesday - Intersection of East Center Street and North Park Avenue, Warsaw. Car-SUV collision. Drivers: Ethan J. Booren, 17, North Harrison Street, Warsaw; Ashley A. Leon, 31, East Fawn Avenue, Warsaw. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
