Paul Kindle, 86, of Lake City Place, Warsaw, died Tuesday, April 10, 2018, at 12:10 p.m. in Parkview-Whitley Hospital, Columbia City. He was born September 17, 1931, in Warsaw, to John and Susie Brandenburg Kindle.

He served his country in the United States Army from February 1952 to January 1954 and was a Corporal (T4) in the 22nd Infantry.

He was married to Helen Swoverland on Dec. 22, 1950, in Warsaw. She died Sept. 9, 2017. He was a Warsaw resident until 1980 when he retired to Danbury, Wis., and then returned to Warsaw in early 2018.

Private services will be conducted at a later date. McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw, is entrusted with arrangements.
