• 4:35 a.m. Tuesday - Shaneese Christine Wilson, 26, Goshen, arrested for driving while suspended with a prior. Bond: $450.

• 9:30 a.m. Tuesday - Roy Edmond Carlin, 64, of 10415 S. CR 700E, South Whitley, arrested for probation violation - misdemeanor. No bond set.

• 10 a.m. Tuesday - Colby James Kuczewski, 20, Wabash, arrested for intimidation - level 6 felony. Bond: $5,250.

• 11:20 a.m. Tuesday - Ryan Arthur Smith, 34, of 117 EMS T16 Lane, Leesburg, arrested for theft. Bond: $600.

• 2 p.m. Tuesday - Moses Lee McNees, 54, of 310 S. Columbia St., Warsaw, arrested for battery with bodily injury. Bond: $600.

• 2:17 p.m. Tuesday - Erika Jean Nichols, 32, of 907 Country Club Road, Warsaw, arrested on a warrant in a civil matter. Bond: $500.

• 4:56 p.m. Tuesday - Christopher James Creekmore, 46, of 8280 E. U.S. 30, #24, Pierceton, arrested for parole violation. No bond listed.

• 5:21 p.m. Tuesday - John David Whitt, 34, of 4961 S. Mallard Road, Mentone, arrested for parole violation. No bond listed.

• 6:51 p.m. Tuesday - Michael Antoine Mott, 47, Elkhart, arrested for failure to appear - original charge misdemeanor. Bond: $461.10.

• 6:46 p.m. Tuesday - Andrew Craig Sawyer, 29, of 206 Broad Ave., Apt. A, Nappanee, arrested for probation violation - felony and possession of a syringe for a legend drug. Bond: $5,250.



Property Damage Accidents

• 9:50 a.m. Monday - Intersection of North CR 100W and West CR 675N, Leesburg. A van registered to Marisa C. Castro, North CR 450E, Syracuse, which had been reported stolen, hit Kosciusko County Highway Department sign and fence belonging to Richard Nisen, North CR 100W, Leesburg; driver left scene. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department investigated.

• 6:23 a.m. Tuesday - South Packerton Road, 900 feet south of East CR 400S, Winona Lake. Car went off road and hit a steel post. Driver: Susanna Troyer, 60, North Walnut Street, North Manchester. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. KCSD.

• 4:52 p.m. Tuesday - East Market Street, 50 feet east of South Wood Street, Warsaw. Two-pickup collision. Drivers: Kristin B. Dove, 24, North Detroit Street, Warsaw; Brandon M. Matchem, 39, School Street, Winona Lake. Damage: $750-$1,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 5:14 p.m. Tuesday - East Center Street, 275 feet east of Robmar Drive, Warsaw. Car-SUV collision. Drivers: Taryn L. Carmody, 23, Swanton, Ohio; Geriann Wohead, 62, EMS C17 Lane, Warsaw. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. WPD.

• 6:23 p.m. Tuesday - Intersection of West CR 350N and North Airport Road, Warsaw. Car went off road and into ditch to avoid collision with another car. Drivers: Zachary T. Ledrew, 18, East Barrington Place, Warsaw; William O. Nichols, 57, West CR 800S, Claypool. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. KCSD.

• 8:58 p.m. Tuesday - North CR 300E, 2,000 feet south of East CR 100N, Warsaw. Car hit deer. Driver: John L. McConnell, 78, Oakwood Drive, Warsaw. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. KCSD.

• 11:22 a.m. Monday - Criminal mischief was reported at the Gateway Educational Center in the 200 block of North Union Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 1 p.m. Monday - A domestic battery in the presence of a child under 16 and possession of a narcotic was reported in the 100 block of Arnolt Drive, Pierceton. Pierceton Police Department investigated.

• 2:43 p.m. Monday - Possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia and public intoxication were investigated in the 200 block of South Walnut Street, Syracuse. Syracuse Police Department investigated.

• 5:25 p.m. Monday - A hit-skip accident was reported at Madison Elementary School in the 1400 block of West CR 300N, Warsaw. KCSD.

• 10:46 p.m. Monday - A lost/stolen license plate was reported in the 9400 block of East CR 450N, Pierceton. KCSD.

• 11:12 p.m. Monday - A suspicious person was reported in the 300 block of East Levi Lee Road, Warsaw. After officers spoke with a woman, who gave a false name, she was arrested for false informing. KCSD.

• 3:17 p.m. Tuesday - A possible stalking was reported in the 300 block of South Union Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 3:52 p.m. Tuesday - An overdose was reported and a concealed handgun was carried without a permit in the 1600 block of West Lake Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 8:30 p.m. Tuesday - A person threatening suicide was reported in the 3100 block of Frontage Road, Warsaw. WPD.

• 4:07 p.m. Tuesday - A fraud was reported in the 100 block of EMS T50 Lane, Syracuse. KCSD.

• 4:30 p.m. Tuesday - A man was arrested on a parole violation warrant in the 2100 block of East Fort Wayne Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 5:12 p.m. Tuesday - A robbery of computer hardware and software was reported in the 400 block of Clinic Court, Warsaw. Loss: $200. WPD.
