• 1:23 p.m. Monday - Michael Nathan Jacobs, 41, Wolf Lake, arrested for reckless driving and probation violation - misdemeanor. No bond set.

• 2:31 p.m. Monday - Darian Lee Arnold, 22, of 416 W. Main St., B, Warsaw, arrested for probation violation - misdemeanor. No bond set.

• 3:16 p.m. Monday - Jeanna Ruthann Backus, 41, of 1692 E. CR 200N, Lot 124, Warsaw, arrested for forgery. Bond: $5,250.

• 3:38 p.m. Monday - Thomas Henry Sheley, 42, of 597 S. Old 13, #24, Pierceton, arrested for domestic battery and possession of a narcotic. Bond: $5,250.

• 6:20 p.m. Monday - Brandi Leigh Anderson, 32, Wolcottville, arrested for probation violation - misdemeanor. No bond set.

• 12:02 a.m. today - Rachelle Dale Dickey, 27, of 3671 N. Barbee Road, Warsaw, arrested for false identity statement. Bond: $450.



Personal Injury Accidents

• 8:32 a.m. Saturday - Roy Street, 495 feet west of Faunn Street, Winona Lake. SUV hit parked van registered to Comcast, Philadelphia, Pa. Driver: Zachary T. Breeden, 22, Widaman Street, Winona Lake. Injury: Breeden had a laceration on his forehead, complained of head pain and was semi-responsive. He was taken to a hospital. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Winona Lake Police Department investigated.

• 4:11 p.m. Sunday - North CR 100E, 700 feet north of East CR 1250N, Milford. Car went off road and into a ditch. Driver: Eric D. Miller, 25, New Paris. Injury: A passenger, Justin Yoder, 29, East CR 1250N, Milford, was taken to Lutheran Hospital for a head laceration. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department investigated.

• 3:25 a.m. today - North CR 950W, 10 feet north of West CR 75N, Etna Green. Car hit deer, went off road, hit a utility pole and fence, then rolled several times. Driver: Christopher R. Brauer, 36, East Jackson Street, Mentone. Injury: Brauer complained of pain to the neck. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. KCSD.
