• 4:21 p.m. Friday - Zachary Scott Bills, 26, of 1306 St. Marys Drive, Warsaw, arrested for possession of a syringe for a legend drug, possession of paraphernalia - misdemeanor and possession of marijuana - misdemeanor. Bond: $5,250.

• 9:45 p.m. Friday - Mark Allen Osbun II, 47, of 1612 Chapman Lake Drive, #C15, Warsaw, arrested on a warrant in a civil matter. Bond: $500.

• 1:50 p.m. Saturday - Jeffrey Carroll Henderson, 29, of 509 Clinic Court, Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear - misdemeanor. No bond set.

• 2:23 p.m. Saturday - James Robert Gaskins Jr., 40, Fort Wayne, arrested for residential entry. Bond: $5,250.

• 6:01 p.m. Saturday - Ashley Lynn Templeton, 35, of 3337 E. Pleasant Grove Drive, Warsaw, arrested for possession of meth. Bond: $5,250.

• 10:11 p.m. Saturday - Jesse James Alamos, 29, of 4607 S. Country Club Road, Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while under the influence with a blood alcohol concentration between .08 to .15 with a prior, refusal to submit to chemical testing and driving while suspended with a prior. Bond: $5,250.

• 10:13 p.m. Saturday - Kimberly Lynn Kotzenmoyer, 51, of 733 E. Fort Wayne St., Warsaw, arrested for possession of meth. Bond: $5,250.

• 11:03 p.m. Saturday - Randy Walgamuth, 57, homeless, Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear - original charge felony. No bond set.

• 12:34 a.m. Sunday - TL Brandon Hollar, 38, of 10660 N. CR 500W, Milford, arrested for invasion of privacy. Bond: $1,500.

• 4:57 p.m. Sunday - Andrew Jeffery Horn, 49, of 2702 E. CR 225S, Warsaw, arrested for failure to stop after an accident. Bond: $500.

• 5:03 p.m. Friday - Intersection of West CR 1050N and North CR 500W, Nappanee. Car-SUV collision. Drivers: Beverly J. Hoffer, 80, North CR 750W, Nappanee; Daniel Borntrager, 56, North CR 425W, Milford. Injury: Hoffer complained of pain to the chest. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department investigated.

• 6:11 p.m. Saturday - 2501 Walton Blvd., Warsaw. An unknown vehicle hit a parked car registered to Darlene M. Tuura, Center Drive, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. WPD.

• Midnight Friday - A person was reported busting out car windows in the 100 block of South Main Street, Claypool. Claypool Police Department investigated.

• 9:43 a.m. Friday - A woman reported her purse was stolen from her locker at work in the 3100 block of North Detroit Street, Warsaw. Loss: $30. WPD.

• 3:23 p.m. Friday - A traffic stop occurred and a person arrested on drug charges in the 2400 block of North Detroit Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 5:30 p.m. Friday - A person involved in a crash was arrested for driving while suspended with a prior in the 500 block of West CR 350N, Warsaw. WPD.

• 7:22 p.m. Friday - A person was taken into 24-hour emergency detention in the 700 block of East Center Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 7:40 p.m. Friday - Criminal mischief to a vehicle was reported in the 400 block of South Washington Street, Warsaw. Damage: $300. WPD.

• 1:55 a.m. Saturday - A person was reported operating a motor vehicle while under the influence with a prior in the 2500 block of East U.S. 30, Warsaw. WPD.

• 10:40 a.m. Saturday - A theft of prescription medication was reported in the 6100 block of East CR 400S, Pierceton. Loss: $50. KCSD.

• 1:03 p.m. Saturday - Police responded to a domestic complaint in the 500 block of Clinic Court, Warsaw. Upon investigation, it was found one of the subjects was wanted on a warrant. WPD.

• 3:32 p.m. Saturday - A man was arrested on a warrant in the 600 block of South Buffalo Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 6:09 p.m. Saturday - A person in the 1300 block of Husky Trail, Warsaw, was taken to the Bowen Center for a 24-hour emergency detainment.

• 10:17 a.m. Sunday - A person reported a screen in a front window was removed and damaged in the 300 block of Pieta Street, Warsaw. Damage: $50. WPD.
