Spineless

Spineless. Can any other word be used to describe the current Republican majority sitting in our statehouse? They are weak on abortion, with a laundry list of excuses as to why they can’t pass legislation that would end the slaughter of innocent children in our state. They are weak on the Second Amendment, as they tip toe around passing legislation that would do nothing more than recognize a right that the constitution already grants us. Instead they pass legislation that makes abortion safer, but doesn't save any babies, and expect us to celebrate this as some kind of great pro-life victory. Then they pass legislation that leaves the tyranny of gun permits in place, but nibbles around the edges of dealing with the issue by making them free. This isn’t a huge win for our constitutional right to bear arms! It’s a pacifier to lull us back into complacency with the appearance of getting something done! Like I said, spineless

I am thankful to know that there is at least on exception to the rule.  There is one man who has made a persistent stand both for the rights of pre-born babies, and for our constitution right to bear arms. That man is Curt Nisly, and he is the state representative here in district 22. I am comforted to know that in a pack of cowards, the man who represents this district stands out as a man of principle! Thank you, Representative Nisly, for being a champion of liberty!

Individual Retirement Accounts (IRAs) are for people over the age of 70.5 years old. Unlike other distributions, which are taxed at ordinary income tax rates, Qualified Charitable Distributions (QCDs) allow for a tax-free distribution from an IRA, provided that the distribution goes directly to a qualified charity.
