The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:

• 10 a.m. Thursday - Marie Lynn Hurley, 30, of 109 Boys City Drive, Winona Lake, arrested for failure to pay and two counts of failure to appear - misdemeanor. Bond: $285.

• 1:49 p.m. Thursday - Patrick C. Belcher, 57, of 3160 N. Stoneburner Road, #7, Warsaw, arrested on a warrant for an Indiana agency. No bond set.

• 3:07 p.m. Thursday - Jeremiah David Williams, 41, of 2119 E. Hendricks St., Warsaw, arrested on two counts of probation violation - felony. No bond set.

• 3:24 p.m. Thursday - Gianna Lusie Harshaw, 21, of 3757 N. CR 900W, #67, Cromwell, arrested for failure to appear - misdemeanor. Bond: $801.50.

• 4:10 p.m. Thursday - Michaela Chrishera Anderson, 24, Fort Wayne, arrested for driving while suspended - infraction. Bond: $185.50.

• 4:25 p.m. Thursday - Chelsea Ann Sutterby, 25, Shipshewana, arrested for forgery. Bond: $5,250.

• 2:33 a.m. today - Damian Lee Cassidy, 19, Goshen, arrested on a warrant for an Indiana agency and possession of paraphernalia - misdemeanor. Bond: $600.

• 2:58 a.m. today - Antonio Amah Lee Brown, 22, Fort Wayne, arrested for possession of meth, possession of marijuana - misdemeanor, possession of paraphernalia - misdemeanor and driving while suspended - infraction. Bond: $5,250.

• 5:09 a.m. today - Joseph Jessop Beer, 42, of 122 Rattington Circle, Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear - misdemeanor, operating a motor vehicle under the influence with a blood alcohol concentration between .08 to .15, and battery of a child under 14. Bond: $5,250.



Personal Injury Accident

• 12:57 p.m. Thursday - 526 W. CR 300N, Warsaw. Car-van collision. Drivers: Joshua R. Mort, 21, West Tower Street, Pierceton; Joann A. Cotton, 63, West Highland Court, Warsaw. Injury: Cotton complained of pain to her lower leg but refused medical attention. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. Warsaw Police Department investigated.



Property Damage Accidents

• 1:44 p.m. Thursday - 2501 Walton Blvd., Warsaw. Two-SUV collision. Drivers: Cheryl A. Farrell, 69, West Kokomo Road, Claypool; Peggy J. Sheler, 73, East CR 700N, Leesburg. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. WPD.

• 5:41 p.m. Thursday - 82 Capital Drive, Warsaw. SUV hit parked car registered to Sondra K. Mall, East Hatchery Road, Syracuse. Driver: Teresa R. Medina, 29, North Olive Street, Cromwell. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. WPD.

• 8:54 p.m. Tuesday - An invasion of privacy was reported in the 1100 block of Brubaker Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 10:33 p.m. Tuesday - A person reported threats to life in the 400 block of South Graceland Avenue, Claypool. Claypool Police Department investigated.

• 10:57 a.m. Wednesday - A window was reported broken at a residence in the 9300 block of East Backwater Road, North Webster. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.

• 11:33 a.m. Wednesday - A person reported someone stole medicine from a residence in the 5800 block of South Maple Grove Lane, Warsaw. KCSD.

• 1:15 p.m. Wednesday - A theft was reported in the 200 block of South Lincoln Street, Warsaw. Loss: $800. WPD.

• 3:26 p.m. Wednesday - A person reported a fraud in the 1900 block of Plaza Drive, Warsaw. WPD.

• 10:18 p.m. Wednesday - A person threatening suicide was reported in the 500 block of West CR 300N, Warsaw. WPD.

• 8:32 a.m. Thursday - A person reported an unknown person cut a piece of plastic that covered a broken window to a residence in the 1600 block of East CR 200N, Warsaw. KCSD.

• 2:24 p.m. Thursday - A driver was arrested in the 100 block of North Detroit Street, Warsaw, on an outstanding warrant out of Elkhart County. WPD.

• 4:06 p.m. Thursday - A driver was arrested for driving while suspended with a prior in the 3300 block of East Center Street, Warsaw. WPD.
