By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Superior Court of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No. 43D03-1708-MF-000077 wherein Deustche Bank Trust Company Americas, as Trustee for Residential Accredit Loans, Inc., Mortgage Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-QO3 was Plaintiff, and Mary E. Shanley a/k/a Mary E. Anglin; N.E.W. Plumbing & Heating, Inc.; TD Bank, N.A., Successor in Interest to Target National Bank; were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 22nd day of May, 2018, at the hour of 10:00 am or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 221 W. Main St., Warsaw, IN 46580, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana.
A tract of land in the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 11 Township 33 North, Range 6 East, in Plain Township, Kosciusko County, Indiana, beginning at a point in the center of Dewart Lake Road, 800 feet North 8-1/2 degrees East from the point where the center line of said road crosses the center line of the Leesburg-Oswego Road, and running thence as follows: North 8-1/2 degrees East following the center line of said Dewart Lake Road, 109.2 feet, more or less to a point that is South along the said road 750 feet from the intersection of the centerline of the said road with the North line of the South Half of the Southeast Quarter of said Section 11; thence North 81 degrees 29 minutes East, 481.8 feet to the center of Tippecanoe River; thence in a Southerly direction along the center line of said Tippecanoe River to a point that is North 83 degrees East 488.5 feet from the place of beginning: thence South 83
degrees West 488.5 feet to the place of beginning.
