• 9:30 a.m. Wednesday – Aaron Todd Allen, 38, of 2441 W. CR 250S, #48, Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear – original charge infraction. Bond: $160.50.

• 9:43 a.m. Wednesday – Joshua Michael Brown, 19, of 8011 N. Harper Road, Leesburg, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of a Schedule I and/or II controlled substance. Bond: $700.

• 12:44 p.m. Wednesday – Elizabeth Ileane Likens, 31, of 9374 E. Backwater Road, North Webster, arrested for child solicitation of a child under 14 and three counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Bond: $10,250.

• 2:45 p.m. Wednesday – Aaron Elvis Barnack, 39, Mishawaka, arrested for failure to appear – misdemeanor. Bond: $468.50.

• 3:16 p.m. Wednesday – Johnathon Michael Stump, 22, of 107 EMS W 30 Lane, North Webster, arrested for auto theft. Bond: $5,250.

• 4:30 p.m. Wednesday – Daniel Lee Kochenour, 34, Roann, arrested for failure to appear – original charge misdemeanor. Bond: $400.

• 5:04 p.m. Wednesday – Joshua Michael Emmons, 32, of 405 E. Sycamore St., Silver Lake, arrested for possession of a syringe for a legend drug and possession of paraphernalia with a prior. Bond: $5,250.

• 5:33 p.m. Wednesday – Gary Ray Miller Jr., 38, of 1746 E. CR 700S, Claypool, arrested for possession of paraphernalia – misdemeanor and possession of a syringe for a legend drug. Bond: $5,250.

• 6:32 p.m. Wednesday – Kristin Lorraine Dilley, 41, of 110 S. Main St., Apt. F, Claypool, arrested for possession of paraphernalia – misdemeanor, possession of a syringe for a legend drug and on a warrant for an Indiana agency. Bond: $5,250.

• 7:28 p.m. Wednesday – Hugo Juarez, 29, of 3762 W. Old 30, Warsaw, arrested for operator never licensed. Bond: $500.

• 7:49 p.m. Wednesday – Antonio Palacio Fuentes Jr., 52, of 9541 E. Pixie Parkway, Cromwell, arrested on a warrant in a civil matter. Bond: $500.

• 8:49 p.m. Wednesday – John Lawrence Kilburn, 36, Monticello, Ky., arrested for fraud on a financial institution. Bond: $10,250.

• 9:23 p.m. Wednesday – Adam Christopher Smith, 33, of 203 E. North St., Apt. B, North Webster, arrested for failure to comply. No bond listed.

• 9:43 p.m. Wednesday – Alexandra Castillo, 23, of 705 E. Market St., Warsaw, arrested for identity deception and being a habitual traffic violator. Bond: $5,250.

• 11:27 p.m. Wednesday – James Paul Grothaus, 24, of 127 S. Jefferson St., Cromwell, arrested for failure to appear – original charge felony. Bond: $5,250.

• 12:13 a.m. today – Tylynn Gene Watkins, 47, of 64 EMS W26 Lane, North Webster, arrested for possession of marijuana – misdemeanor. Bond: $600.

• 12:27 a.m. today – Mitchell Edward Robinson, 32, of 1400 Chestnut St., Winona Lake, arrested for failure to stop after an accident. Bond: $500.



Personal Injury Accidents

• 1:21 p.m. Tuesday – Intersection of East Fort Wayne and North Detroit streets, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Scott A. Pettit, 29, North CR 450E, Syracuse; Tommy Johnson, 34, Maye Street, Warsaw. Injuries: Pettit complained of pain to the abdomen; he and his 3-year-old daughter, name not listed, were taken to Kosciusko Community Hospital for evaluation; Johnson complained of back pain and was checked out at the scene. Pettit did not have insurance or a valid driver's license, and his daughter was not properly belted in a child restraint system, and he was cited accordingly. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 1:23 p.m. Tuesday – Intersection of South Packerton Road and East CR 400S, Warsaw. SUV-car collision. Drivers: Guy F. Miller, 63, West CR 900S, Akron; Ashley K. Blackburn, 20, West Dogwood Street, Warsaw. Injuries: Blackburn complained of pain to the lower leg; Grant Blackburn, 3, same address, had bruising to the head; both were taken to KCH for treatment. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department investigated.



Property Damage Accidents

• 3:33 p.m. Tuesday – Intersection of North East Wawasee Drive and East CR 1250N, Syracuse. Car-pickup collision. Drivers: Linda K. Canaday, 70, North Ind. 5, Cromwell; Bill O. Comer, 51, East CR 1050N, Cromwell. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. KCSD.

• 7:46 a.m. Wednesday – North Ind. 15, 600 feet south of West CR 1350N, Milford.  Pickup went off road and hit a NIPSCO utility pole. Driver: Douglas L. Ruch, 57, East Catherine Street, Milford. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. Milford Police Department investigated.

• 2:12 p.m. Wednesday – Intersection of North CR 950W and West CR 250N, Etna Green. A car registered to Travis M. Dickson, East Spring Street, Etna Green, was found crashed into a tree. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. KCSD.

• 2:19 p.m. Tuesday – A person was arrested for possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia in the 3000 block of Widaman Street, Winona Lake. Winona Lake Police Department investigated.

• 2:18 a.m. Wednesday – A person was arrested for driving while suspended, possession of meth and possession of paraphernalia in the 2100 block of South Ind. 13, Pierceton. KCSD.

• 8:54 a.m. Wednesday – A person was arrested on a warrant in the 1000 block of Lake City Highway, Warsaw. WPD.

• 9:30 a.m. Wednesday – A person reported a fence post was damaged, possibly backed into, in the 100 block of EMS W31 Lane, North Webster. Damage: $200. North Webster Police Department investigated.

• 2:41 p.m. Wednesday – A person was arrested on an Indiana warrant in the 300 block of South Columbia Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 5:49 p.m. Wednesday – A traffic stop occurred in the 800 block of East Winona Avenue, Warsaw. WPD.

• 7:06 p.m. Wednesday – A person reported CPR in progress in the 8700 block of East CR 250N, Pierceton. KCSD.

• 7:54 p.m. Wednesday – Criminal mischief was reported in the 200 block of Argonne Road, Warsaw. Damage: $200. WPD.

• 8:28 p.m. Wednesday – A suspect was found to be operating a motor vehicle while being a habitual traffic violator in the 200 block of North Detroit Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 10:53 p.m. Wednesday – A man was arrested on a warrant in the 2500 block of Walton Boulevard, Warsaw. WPD.
