Ralph was born April 17, 1929, in Bristol. He was the son of Eli and Mae Myers and, on Sept. 24, 1960, he was united in marriage to Deanna Kuhn in Dunkirk.
Ralph was a hardworking man, retiring in 1991 from Warsaw Plating Works after 42 years of dedicated service. He also worked for Don Weirich, helping with his gas station, his cab service and on the farm. He worked for Lakeside Chevrolet and managed Bibler Trailer Court, with his wife, for many years.
A veteran of the United States Army, Ralph was a member of American Legion Post 49 and a longtime member of New Salem Church of the Brethren. He was a recycler and scrapper who always had a purpose for odds and ends. He enjoyed gardening, tending yard and reading. He also enjoyed camping, spending many weekends at River City Christian Campground in South Whitley, and enjoying trips to Colorado and Florida.
Dearly missed but never forgotten, Ralph is survived by his two daughters, Bobbi (Garry) Barnes, Yellow Creek Lake, and Penni Myers, Warsaw; one granddaughter, Amanda Myers (Alan Wireman), Churubusco; and seven grandsons: Jason Spore (Kylie Seaton), Phoenix, Ariz.; Sean (Karrie) Spore, Winona Lake; Jeff (Loretta “Gabby”) Barnes, Lafayette; Brian (Amber) Barnes, Wanatah; Doug (Lindsay) Barnes, Jackson, Tenn.; Brad Barnes, Claypool; and Jacob (Sarah) Myers, Churubusco. He is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren and a sister, Pat (Glenn) Goshorn, Fort Wayne.
Deanna Myers, Ralph’s beloved wife of 57 years, preceded him in passing in September 2017. Also preceding him were three sisters: Lucy, Ruth and Maxine; and two brothers, Art and Roy.
Friends may join family for visitation at Titus Funeral Home, 2000 E. Sheridan St., Warsaw, from 4 to 7 p.m. Thursday, April 5.
A funeral service will take place in the funeral home at 10 a.m. Friday, with burial following in North Webster Cemetery, Mock Addition. Pastor Tim Yoder will officiate the services.
