• 1:11 p.m. Tuesday - Abigail Lee Pifer, 41, of 2545 W. CR 250S, Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear - felony and on a warrant in a civil matter. Bond: $650.

• 1:21 p.m. Tuesday - Donna Elayne Everage, 25, Kimmell, arrested for possession of marijuana - misdemeanor and possession of paraphernalia - misdemeanor. Bond: $600.

• 3:54 p.m Tuesday - Benjamin Ian Coble, 42, of 5204 N. CR 475E, Leesburg, arrested for intimidation - level 6 felony and invasion of privacy with a prior. Bond: $16,750.

• 4:04 p.m. Tuesday - Dillan Thomas Esquivel, 23, Columbia City, arrested for failure to appear - original charge infraction. Bond: $183.50.

• 6:17 p.m. Saturday - Section Street, 150 feet east of Rebecca Street, Claypool. SUV hit utility pole. Driver: Amanda L. Lincoln, 35, North Main Street, Claypool. Injury: Lincoln was taken to Parkview Hospital in Warsaw for internal pain to the abdomen and pelvis areas. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Claypool Police Department investigated.
