• 8:15 p.m. Saturday - Darren Jay Heinzman, 36, of 4409 E. CR 100S, Pierceton, arrested on two counts of probation violation - felony. Bond: $10,250.
• 9:56 p.m. Saturday - Vicente Josue Castillo, 22, of 3013 Inverness Point, Warsaw, arrested for operator never licensed and possession of marijuana - misdemeanor. Bond: $600.
• 10:21 p.m. Saturday - Matthew Brian Okuly, 34, Goshen, arrested for driving while suspended with a prior. Bond: $450.
• 10:28 p.m. Saturday - Pedro Juarez, 43, of 340 E. Levi Lee Road, #240, Warsaw, arrested for operator never licensed. Bond: $500.
• 11:14 p.m. Saturday - Troy Demetrius Walker, 28, Chicago, Ill., arrested for fraud. Bond: $5,250.
• 11:30 p.m. Saturday - Deshario Antwain Purnell, 25, Chicago, Ill., arrested for fraud. Bond: $5,250.
• 1:15 a.m. Sunday - Edward Wayne Engle, 42, of 509 S. Graceland Ave., Claypool, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while under the influence with a blood alcohol content of at least .15. Bond: $700.
• 1:44 a.m. Sunday - Joshua James Housman, 33, of 11194 N. Honeycomb Lane, Cromwell, arrested for possession of meth and failure to appear - misdemeanor. Bond: $6,846.17.
• 2:36 a.m. Sunday - Brandon Allen Wojcik, 26, Plymouth, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while under the influence with a prior. Bond: $5,250.
• 4:03 a.m. Sunday - Rene Eudes Ramirez, 38, of 743 E. Center St., Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while under the influence. Bond: $700.
• 4:37 a.m. Sunday - Cody Lee Bade, 26, Churubusco, arrested for resisting law enforcement with use of a vehicle, driving while suspended with a prior, reckless driving, possession of paraphernalia - misdemeanor, failure to comply and possession of meth. Bond: $10,500.
• 3:21 a.m. today - Tyler Logan Rex, 19, of 702 E. Nokomis Drive, Syracuse, arrested for possession of marijuana - misdemeanor and possession of a Schedule I, II, III and/or IV controlled substance. Bond: $600.

• 1:07 p.m. Friday - South Ind. 15, 200 feet north of West CR 200S, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Zackery W. Swope, 32, West Old 30, Warsaw; Paul E. Welch, 77, South CR 700W, Mentone. Injury: Welch complained of pain to the neck and was taken to Kosciusko Community Hospital for treatment. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department investigated.
• 4:58 pm. Friday - Intersection of U.S. 30 and Meijer Drive, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Dennis C. Manning, 65, East Deerwood Court, Warsaw; Christopher J. Bauer, 21, Anchorage Road, Warsaw. Injury: Bauer complained of pain to the neck and spine and was taken to KCH for treatment. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 8 p.m. Sunday - North Hartzler Street, 300 feet north of North Hudson Street, Warsaw. Car hit parked car registered to Danay E. Bowyer, East CR 100S, Akron. Driver: Diana G. Snell, 63, Sophie Lane, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. KCSD.

• 9:44 a.m. Friday - A woman reported the theft of a cell phone in the 2600 block of East Brookfield Circle North, Warsaw. Loss: $150. KCSD.
• 11 a.m. Friday - A 25-year-old man requested to file a fraud report against his mother in the 100 block of West Bowser Road, Syracuse. KCSD.
• 4:26 p.m. Friday - A woman reported harassment and threats in the 7300 block of East South Barbee Drive, Pierceton. KCSD.
• 12:30 a.m. Saturday - An employee of the Warsaw Lodge in the 3000 block of Frontage Road, Warsaw, reported a possible drug overdose. WPD.
• 6:25 p.m. Saturday - A domestic disturbance was reported in the 100 block of East High Street, Atwood. KCSD.
• 7:08 p.m. Saturday - An employee of Service Liquors East in the 3700 block of Lake City Highway, Warsaw, reported a fraud. WPD.
• 9:46 p.m. Saturday - A person was arrested for operator never licensed in the 100 block of Argonne Road, Warsaw. Winona Lake Police Department investigated.
• 1:14 a.m. Sunday - A suspicious vehicle was reported parked in the middle of the roadway in the 100 block of EMS C24E Lane, Warsaw, for 30 minutes. The driver was found passed out at the wheel with the vehicle in drive and his foot on the brakes. KCSD.
• 3:32 a.m. Sunday - KCSD officers attempted to stop a vehicle for speeding in the 1600 block of East Kosciusko Drive, Warsaw, but the vehicle fled with KCSD deputies and WLPD and WPD officers in pursuit. The male driver was arrested in Whitley County when the pursuit ended after the vehicle had mechanical problems. KCSD.
