Order forms are available from any auxiliary member or the Salvation Army office, 574-267-5361 or 574-268-7195. To download an order form, go to www.sawarsaw.org.
Forms should be turned in to the Salvation Army office, 501 E. Arthur St., Warsaw, IN 46580. Deadline to turn in order forms is Oct. 6. Payment is due at the time of the order.
Pickup will be from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Nov. 16-17 at Center Lake Pavilion.
