The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:

• 11:41 a.m. Tuesday – Justin Lee Kelley, 33, Columbia City, arrested for probation violation. No bond set.

• 11:58 a.m. Tuesday – Robert William Harmon, 29, Fort Wayne, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $200.

• 12:19 a.m. Tuesday – Amber Lee Wirsing, 25, of 519 W. Winona Ave., #G, Warsaw, arrested on a civil warrant. No bond set.

• 1:15 p.m. Tuesday – Joshua Housman, 32, of 11194 N. Honeycomb Lane, Cromwell, arrested for criminal mischief and  on an out-of-state warrant. No bond set.

• 2:08 p.m. Tuesday – Kyle Colby Thompson, 31, of 4801 E. CR 1500N, North Manchester,  arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $5,000.

• 5:09 p.m. Tuesday – Dustin James Sabo, 28, of 328 W. Broadway St., Etna Green, arrested for false informing and driving without a license. Bond: $600.

• 7:43 p.m. Tuesday – Haleigh Renae Johnson, 25, of 920 Anchorage Road, #11, Warsaw, arrested for possession of a syringe for a legend drug and possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $5,250.

• 8:46 p.m. Tuesday – Baishali Banik, 29, of 115 N. Orchard  Drive, #5, Warsaw, arrested for theft. Bond: $600.

• 1:29 a.m. today – Scott Hire, 59, Millersburg, arrested for possession of marijuana. Bond: $600.



Property Damage Accidents

• 6:01 a.m. Tuesday – 777 N. Parker St., Warsaw. Vehicle hit parked motorcycle registered to Matthew Arnett, South Drive, Warsaw. Driver: Jose Mendoza, 55, McKinley Street, Warsaw. Damage; $1,000 to $2,500. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 9:13 a.m. Tuesday – Intersection of CRs 1150N and 175E, Milford. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Richard McCollum, 67, Ind. 114, Akron; Eric Cockrill, 28, CR 1150N, Milford. Damage $10,000 to $25,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.

• 11:39 a.m. Tuesday – Intersection of South Packerton Road and CR 375S, Winona Lake. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Hannah Klabier, 18, Packerton Road, Winona Lake; Sarah Schloss, 25, Chamberlin Drive, Warsaw.. Damage: $10,000 to $25,000. KCSD.



Incidents 

• midnight Tuesday – Police responded to a possible domestic disturbance in the 100 block of EMS D185 Lane, Syracuse. KCSD.

• 12:49 p.m. Tuesday – Police investigated an auto theft in the 1140 block of South Harkless Drive, Syracuse. Syracuse Police Department investigated.

• 8:49 a.m. Tuesday – A person turned in a wallet to police in the 2800 block of Center Street, Warsaw. WPD.
