• 9:30 a.m. Monday – Shane Wesley Hallstrom, 23, of 13520 Ind. 114, Akron, arrested for probation violation. Bond: $15,250.

• 11:20 a.m. Monday – Jaimee Nichole Marshall, 21, of 326 W. Broadway St., Etna Green, arrested for possession of meth. Bond: $10,250.

• 11:23 a.m. Monday – Kyle Eugene Watts, 23, of 12185 N. Creek Bend Lane, Milford, arrested on a civil warrant. Bond: $300. 

• noon Monday – Daniel Adam Zeringue, 33, of 345 N. Ind. 19, Etna Green, arrested for probation violation. No bond set. 

• 2:11 p.m. Monday – Brian Keith Jackson, 44, of 1406 N. Fox Farm Drive, Warsaw, arrested for domestic battery. Bond: $1,000.

• 4:31 p.m. Monday – Amber Rose Rupley, 28, of 519 W. Winona Ave., Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear. No bond set.

• 4:51 p.m. Monday – Carmelo Gonzalez, 23, East Chicago, arrested for resisting law enforcement. No bond set.

• 5:37 p.m. Monday – Douglas Wayne Ritchie, 21, of 2195 S. CR 925E, Akron, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $600.

• 6:12 p.m. Monday – Nathaniel John Helm, 32, of 1848 Sunset Drive, Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $185.50.

• 8:31 p.m. Monday – Kelly Ann Whitaker, 39, Tippecanoe, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $700.

• 2:13 a.m. today – Sterling Ray Templeton, 37, of 333 N. Park Ave., Warsaw, arrested for possession of meth. Bond: $5,250. 

• 2:13 a.m. today – Alisha Rae Hoover, 29, of 322 S. Washington St., Warsaw, arrested for possession of a syringe for legend drug and possession of meth. Bond: $10,500.

• 8:05 a.m Monday – 627 S. Main St., North Webster. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Chris Parschos, 87, Tarpon Springs, Fla.; Cindy Spencer, 64, Summitville. Damage: $1,000 to $2,500. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.

• 1:30 p.m Monday. – Intersection of Armstrong Road and North CR 300E, Leesburg. Three-vehicle collision. Drivers: Richard Welburn, 83, CR 1000N, Syracuse; Matt Wray, 59, CR 100N, Warsaw, Phillip Armie, 49, Hoffman Lake Road, Warsaw. Damage: $10,000 to $25,000. KCSD.

• 1:37 p.m. Monday – Intersection of Ind. 15 and Main Street, Warsaw. Driver: Amanda Fox, 29, North Parker Street, Warsaw; Earl Mckenzie, 72, Fisher Ave., Warsaw. Damage: $2,500 to $5,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated. 

• 3:22 p.m. Monday – Intersection of North Parker and East Fort Wayne streets, Warsaw. Drivers: Kimberly Wellbaum, 59, Mockingbird Lane, Warsaw; Jennifer Howard, 43, CR 900N, North Manchester. Damage: $5,000 to $10,000. WPD.

• 7:20 p.m. Monday – Intersection of Ind. 15 and East Market Street, Warsaw. Drivers: Puneeth Ambati, 27, Chamberlin Drive, Warsaw; Melissa Hamilton, 32, County Farm Road, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500 to $5,000. WPD.

• 12:15 p.m. Monday – Police responded to a juvenile who refused to go to school in the 8300 block of Ind. 19, Akron. KCSD.

• 12:51 p.m. Monday – Police responded to an incorrigible juvenile who would not listen to teachers in the 8300 block of Ind. 19, Akron. KCSD.

• 2:38 p.m. Monday – Police responded to a report of attempted bulgary and criminal mischief in the 3800 block of Ind. 15, Warsaw. WPD.

• 3:10 p.m. Monday – A person reported fraud in the  200 block of Main Street, Warsaw. KCSD. 

• 4:08 p.m. Monday – A person reported the theft of books and money from the 5200 block of CR 500W, Leesburg. KCSD.
