They were married Sept. 27, 1957, at Bev's parents home. The Rev. Lester Young performed the ceremony.
Rex is retired from Ream, Steckbeck Paint Co. and Bev is retired from Kosciusko County government.
They are the parents of four children: Ray W. (Jane) Hathaway, Pierceton; Lynn (the Rev. Dan) Herendeen, Millersburg; Beth (Mike) Patty, South Bend; and Laurie Hathaway, Warsaw. They also have seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
