• 1:36 p.m. Monday – Jerrad Michael Schlemmer, 31, of 21 EMS R4B Lane, Pierceton, arrested for resisting law enforcement – fleeing, possession of paraphernalia, two counts of theft and failure to appear. Bond: $16,500.

• 2:42 p.m. Monday – Kyle William Hamman, 19, of 4116 W. CR 525S, Claypool, arrested for possession of a syringe for a legend drug, possession of a narcotic and possession of meth. Bond: $5,250.

• 3:04 p.m. Monday – Sherry Lynn Gatkze, 38, of 504 W. Center St., Warsaw, arrested for maintaining a common nuisance, possession of paraphernalia and possession of meth. Bond: $5,250.

• 8:49 p.m. Monday – Brandon Jacob George, 18, of 2441 W. CR 250S, #137, Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $183.50.

• 9:04 p.m. Monday – Michelle Elizabeth Moore, 55, of 102 E. Epworth Forest Road, North Webster, arrested for theft. Bond: $600.

• 9:56 p.m. Monday – Kenneth Eugene Adams, 32, of 106 N. Maple St., South Whitley, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $139.

• 11:12 p.m. Monday – Ricci Mckayala Rice, 20, of 7442 N. Blacks Court, Lot 9, North Webster, arrested for theft. Bond: $600.

• 11:56 p.m. Monday – Amy Elaine Poe, 42, of 4299 S. CR 600W, Mentone, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $139.

• 2:53 a.m. Monday – Intersection of Old 30 and Brailler Road, Pierceton. Car hit deer. Driver: Rhoda Rife, 57, Brailler Road, Pierceton. Damage: $1,000 to $2,500. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.

• 7:04 a.m. Monday – Intersection of Ind. 13 and Old 30, Pierceton. Car hit deer. Driver: Christopher Hinton, 29, Columbia City. Damage: $1,000 to $2,500. KCSD.

• 9:34 a.m. Monday –  2000 W. Winona Ave., Warsaw. Car hit parked vehicle; registration information unvailable. Driver: Honorine Maradet, 58, Briar Ridge Road, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000 to $2,500. Warsaw Police Department investigated, 

• 12:34 p.m. Monday – 2056 N. CR 150W, Warsaw. Car hit parked vehicle registered to Brown Equipment Company, Fort Wayne. Driver: Troy Skees, 47, Raintree Road, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000 to $2,500. WPD.

• 12:55 p.m. Monday – 3600 Commerce Drive, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collison. Drivers: John Coffey, 52, Center Drive, Warsaw; William Pietrzak, 61, Meadow Drive, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000 to $2,500. WPD.

• 3:02 p.m. Monday – 1200 Lake City Highway, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Jean Bradbury, 83, Anchorage Road, Warsaw; Kaitlyn Keelin, 25, Chamberlin Drive, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000 to $2,500. WPD.

SOUTH BEND — After a year of collaboration, data analysis and community engagement, the Michiana Area Council of Governments (MACOG) unveiled Move Safe Michiana – the Regional Transportation Safety Action Plan. This comprehensive strategy addresses roadway safety in St. Joseph, Elkhart, Kosciusko and Marshall counties and is now available for public review and comment until June 9.
