Morrises Married For 60 Years

Richard “Dick” and Sharodene Morris, Warsaw, will celebrate 60 years of marriage Friday.

Dick and the former Sharodene Lowery were married Sept. 15, 1957, at Claypool United Brethren Church, now United Methodist Church.

The couple lived in Flint, Mich., Claypool, and then moved to Warsaw in 1972.

They are the parents of Rhonda (Maurice) Darbonnier, Longwood, Fla.; Richard (Rick) Morris, Warsaw;  and Renea (Brent) Messmore, Pierceton. They have 11 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.

The couple celebrated their anniversary in Maryland in August with their family.
