Ralph Bailey will be turning 90 on Sept. 20.

Ralph was the interim superintendent for Warsaw Community Schools in 2005 and 2008.

Family and friends are invited to an open house celebration from 1 to 4 p.m. Sept. 17 at the American Legion, Pierceton.

The family asks that you let your presence be your present.
