• 2:42 p.m. Wednesday – Patrick Lee Waggoner, 30, of 503 Prairie Drive, Syracuse, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $500.
• 5:03 p.m. Wednesday – Jeffery Andrew Horn, 49, of 2702 E. CR 255N, Warsaw, arrested for theft. Bond: $600.
• 5:40 p.m. Wednesday – Phillip Joseph Hoover, 33, Anderson, arrested for burglary and residental entry. Bond: $11,250.
• 5:52 p.m. Wednesday – Randy Walgamuth, 57, of 413 W. Jefferson St., Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear. No bond set.
• 8:51 p.m. Wednesday – Connor Martin Hall, 18, of 8488 E. Ashbury Lane, North Webster, arrested for possession of marijuana. Bond: $600.

• 8:15 a.m. Wednesday – Intersection of U.S. 30 and Commerce Drive, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collison. Driver: Logan Kneller, 22, CR 950S, Silver Lake; Rachael Polston, 60, Amhurst Lane, Warsaw. Injury: Polston complained of neck pain. Damage: $10,000 to $25,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 3:20 p.m. Wednesday – Intersection of U.S. 30 and Van Ness Road, Pierceton. Car ran off road. Driver: Victor Hernandez, 20, U.S. 30, Pierceton. Damage: $1,000 to $2,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.
• 3:37 p.m. Wednesday – Intersection of Country Club Road and Rivera Drive, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Charity Gordon, 43, Logan Street,?Warsaw; John Myers, 56, Country Club Drive, Warsaw. Damage: $5,000 to $10,000. KCSD.
