• 3:19 p.m. Wednesday – Alonzo Esteban Villarreal, 36, of 215 Southwood St., Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $400.

• 4:37 p.m. Wednesday – Ricky Allen Wright, 22, of 1048 E. Winona Ave., #A, Warsaw, arrested for probation violation. Bond: $2,500. 

•10:58 a.m. Thursday – Timothy Wayne, 26, Goshen, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $183.50.

• 2:04 p.m. Thursday – Kathleen Lynn Losee, 25, of 801 S. Elm St., Nappanee, arrested for failure to pay. Bond: $683.

• 3:48 p.m. Thursday – Alisha Lynn Bruce, 36, of 1008 E. Sheridan St., Warsaw, arrested for domestic battery in the presence of a child. Bond: $6,000.

• 6:14 p.m. Thursday – Gregory Mathew Fuzi, 34, of 302 Donna St., Leesburg, arrested on two counts of failure to appear. Bond: $683.50.

• 10:13 p.m. Thursday – Kyle Michael Whisman, 28, of 4290 N CR 700E, Leesburg, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated with a prior. Bond: $5,250. 

• 10:21 p.m. Thursday – Seth Aaron Carl Allen, 28, of 201 W. Section St., Claypool, arrested for being a habitual traffic violater. Bond: $5,250.

• 10:39 p.m. Thursday – Rico Antony Valdez, 24, of 1692 E. CR 200N, Warsaw, arrested for domestic battery in presence of a child. Bond: $6,000.

• 11:36 p.m. Thursday – John Verner Rogers, 29, of 102 W. Noah St., Claypool, arrested on three counts of failure to appear. No bond set.

• 11:39 p.m. Thursday – Marc Logan Powell, 42, of 2472 Old 30, Warsaw, arrested for driving while suspended. No bond set.



Property Damage Accidents

• 12:53 a.m. Thursday – Intersection of CRs 900N and 300W, Milford. Car hit utility pole. Driver: Nathaniel Trott, 24, EMS B6 Lane, Leesburg. Damage: $5,000 to $10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.

• 6:48 a.m. Thursday – 1630 S. Country Farm Road, Warsaw. Car hit parked vehicle registered to Denise Jackson, Woodland Lane, Warsaw. Driver: Susanna Troyer, 59, Walnut Street, North Manchester. Damage:  $1,000 to $2,500. KCSD.

• 5:30 p.m. Thursday – Intersection of Ind. 15 and East Canal Street, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Mark Bragg, 56, Chapman Lane, Warsaw; Cierra Busenbark 21, CR 725S, Warsaw, Damage: $750 to $1,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 8:12 a.m. Thursday – A person reported a stolen mo-ped in the 3400 block of North Detroit Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 9:30 a.m. Thursday – Police iinvestigated a possible narcotic found on a school bus at Mentone Elementary School in the 300 block of East Jackson Street, Mentone. It was determined to be corn starch. KCSD.

• 12:42 p.m. Thursday – A person reported the theft of a grill in a 100 block of East Section Street, Claypool. KCSD.
