County Jail Bookings

 The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail.

• 11:52 a.m. Wednesday – Jordan Derric Yoder, 23, Bristol, arrested for failure to appear. No bond set.

• 4:13 p.m. Wednesday – Derrick Lavelle Wandrick, 23, Harvey, Ill., arrested for assisting a criminal. No bond set. 

• 4:38 p.m. Wednesday – Phillip Michael Tinkey, 29, of 9622 Seneca Lane, Cromwell, arrested for invasion of privacy. Bond: $1,000. 

•5:08 p.m. Wednesday – Jacob Pollard, 30, of 3259 W. Wilson Avenue, Silver Lake, arrested for criminal mischief. Bond: $2,025.

•5:22 p.m. Wednesday – Crystal Mourning Funnell, 44, of 2760 S and CR 600E, Pierceton, arrested for theft. No bond set. 

•10;16 p.m. Wednesday – Eric Todd Kotzenmoyer, 42, of 10 Henderson Drive, Warsaw, arrested for possession of meth. Bond: $5,250. 



Property Damage Accidents

• 5:59 a.m. Wednesday – 3454 Detroit Street, Warsaw, car hit a parked vehicle registered to Estevan Schmerber, Wood Street, Warsaw. Driver: Jasmine Adams, 24, Market Street, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000 to $2,500. Warsaw Police Department investigated. 

• 6:10 a.m. Wednesday – Intersection of Old 30 and CR 650E, Warsaw. Car hit racoon. Driver: Dora Clingerman, 79, Ind. 13, Pierceton. Damage $1,000 to $2,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated. 

• 6:11 a.m. Wednesday – Intersection of CRs 150W and 500N, Leesburg.  Car hit deer. Driver: John Miller, 61, Indianapolis. Damage: $2,500 to $5,000. KCSD.

• 8:06 a.m. Wednesday – Intersection of Prairie and Buffalo streets, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Shivanand Kamimara, 25, Farmington Hills, Mich.; Melinda Reinholt, 42, CR 350N, Warsaw, Damage $2,500 to $5,000. WPD.

• 8:20 a.m.  Wednesday – Intersections of CRs 900N and 300W, Milford. Car struck a fence. Driver: Jessica Wiggin, 32, Hillside Drive, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000 to $2,500. KCSD.

• 10:58 a.m. Wednesday – Intersection of East Center Street and Argonne Road, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Penny Adams, 57, CR 250E, Warsaw; Johna Kaser, 46, Ind. 14, South Whitley. Damage: $2,500 to $5,000. WPD.

•4:27 p.m. Wednesday – Intersection of East Market Street and South Maple Avenue, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Marsha Johnson, 43, Fort Wayne Street, Warsaw; Brion Miminaugh, 41, CR 400E, Warsaw. Damage: $5,000 to $10,000. WPD.

• 5:54 a.m. Wednesday – A person reported an auto theft in the 500 block of Sophie Lane, Warsaw.  WPD.

• 9:14 Wednesday – A person reported a suicide attempt in the 300 block of South Lake Street, Warsaw. WPD.
