• 9:07 a.m. Wednesday – Travis Ray Osburn, 39, of 9670 Genesee Lane, Cromwell, arrested for domestic battery in the presence of a child and four counts of failure to appear. Bond: $11,140.50. 

• 9:47 a.m. Wednesday – Rieder Davayne Bliss Hunley, 19, of 41 EMS T116B Lane, Leesburg, arrested for failure to appear.  No bond set.

• 11:03 a.m. Wednesday – Angela Kaye Sauter, 36, of 3762 Old 30,  #22W. arrested for probation violation and driving while suspended. Bond: $400.

• 1:04 p.m. Wednesday – Betty Ann Delacruz, 65, arrested for 308 E. Catholic St., Pierceton, arrested for theft with a prior. Bond: $5,250.

• 1:50 p.m. Wednesday – Zachary Thomas Taylor, 28, of 4157 W. CR 200S, Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $400. 

• 2:20 p.m. Wednesday – Chad Michael Raby, 31, Mishawaka, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $400.

• 3:14 p.m. Wednesday – Iisha Marienate Holliday-Harris, 20, Elkhart, arrested for theft. No bond set. 

• 4:08 p.m. Wednesday – Andrea Nicole French, 25, of 3762 W. Old 30, Warsaw, arrested for failure to return to lawful detention, and failure to appear. Bond: $5,500.

• 8:16 p.m. Wednesday – Angela Ann Carbajal, 27, of 507 Dollar Drive, Syracuse, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $300.

• 10:32 p.m. Wednesday – L. D. Slone, 22, of 2651 E. Pine Drive, Warsaw, arrested for battery. Bond: $600.

• 1:04 a.m. today – John David Bakehorn, 49, of 1682 S. Hawthorne Court, Winona Lake, arrested for operating a motor vehicle intoxicated. Bond: $750.

• 3:15 a.m. today – Tyler Adam Prestin, 27, of 2441 W. CR250S. #101, Warsaw, arrested for possession of meth, criminal mischief. Bond: $5,250.







Property Damage Accidents

• 6:53 a.m. Wednesday – Intersection of Market and Columbia streets, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Alica Moran, 56, Boydston Street, Warsaw; Troy Johnson, 47, Tippecanoe Drive, #82, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500 to $5,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 7:37 a.m. Wednesday – Intersection of Ind. 19 and CR 250N, Warsaw.  Car hit  mailbox Driver: Matthew Borkholder, 29, CR 950W. Damage: $2,500 to $5,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department. 

• 7:53 a.m. Wednesday – Intersection of West Winona Avenue and South Union Street, Warsaw.  Three-vehicle collision. Drivers: Andrew Salyer, 18, Walter Way, Warsaw; Kevin Burkholder, 47, CR 700W, Pierceton; Sai Sama, 24, Collins Drive, Warsaw. Damage: $10,000 to $25,000 WPD.

• 10:40 a.m. Wednesday – 1500 Provident Drive, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Driver: Helen Hillery, , 55, Rochester;  Alexis Beman, 18, College Avenue, North Manchester. Damage: $1,000 to $2,500. WPD.

• 7:56 p.m. Wednesday – Intersection of North Hickory and East Main streets, Warsaw. Car struck railroad signal. Driver:  John Bakehorn, 49, Hawthorne Court, Winona Lake. Damage: $2,500 to $5,000. WPD.
