The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail: 

• 6:05 a.m. Wednesday – Antonio Amah Brown, 22, Fort Wayne, arrested for battery bodily waste on law enforcement, possession of  marijuana, possession of meth, false identity statement, battery, resisting law enforcement and two counts of battery of law enforcement. Bond: $10,250.

• 1:07 p.m. Wednesday – John Brewer, 25, Fort Wayne, arrested for parole violation. No bond set.

• 1:55 p.m. Wednesday – Catherine Kay Anderson, 38, Kokomo, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $10,250.

• 4:19 p.m. Wednesday – Amanda Kristine Huey, 32, of 2953 N. Williamson Drive, Warsaw, arrested for parole violation. No bond set.

• 5:39 p.m. Wednesday – Michelle Lynn Fulton, 32, Kokomo, arrested for possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $400. 

• 10:43 p.m. Wednesday – Zachary Lane Webb, 19, of 9104 S. Faye Lane, Claypool, arrested for probation violation. No bond set.

• 12:34 a.m. today – Kyle Eugene Watts, 23, of 2185 Creek Bend Lane, Milford, arrested for rape. Bond: $20,250. 

• 1:44 a.m. today – Bradley Martin Wine, 33, of 43 EMS W17C Lane, North Webster, arrested for dealing meth. Bond: $15,250.

 

Personal Injury Accident

• 2:01 p.m. Wednesday – Intersection of Syracuse Street and Old 15, Milford. Car hit utility pole. Driver: Aaron Phillips, 36, Alexis Drive, Milford. Injury: Phillips complained of pain to his head. Damage: $5,000 to $10,000. Milford Police Department investigated. 

• 7:10 a.m. Wednesday – Intersection of CRs 300E and 100N, Warsaw. Drivers: Rodney Wolfe, 40, CR 525E, Warsaw; William Lawrence, 65, East Pine Drive, Warsaw. Injury: Lawrence complained of pain to his back. Damage: $2,500 to $5,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated. 



Property Damage Accidents

• 5:46 a.m Wednesday – 1900 Plaza Drive, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Danuel Hatfield, 47, CR 1600E, Silver Lake; Randall Hughes, 27, CR 100S, Etna Green. Damage: $1,000 to $2,500. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 8:36 a.m. Wednesday – Intersection of U.S. 30 and Center Street, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Brooke Werstler, 21, CR 750N, Larwill; Helen Berry, 50, St. Joe. Damage: $1,000 to $2,500. WPD.

• 11:36 a.m. Wednesday – Intersection of Ind. 25 and CR 600W, Palestine. Car hit utility pole. Driver: Lauraanne Davis, 18, Franklin Street, Mentone. Damage: $5,000 to $10,000. KCSD.

• 4:44 p.m. Wednesday – Intersection of U.S. 30 and Fox Farm Road, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Ruby Clark, 72, Ross Avenue, Warsaw; Joshua Slone, 19, CR 225N, Etna Green. Damage: $5,000 to $10,000. WPD.



Incidents 

• Midnight Wednesday – A person turned in a lost wallet foud  in the 4800 block of CR 700E, Leesburg, to police. KCSD.

• 10:15 a.m. Wednesday – A suspicious person was reported in the 600 block of East Fort
