The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail: 

• 7:08 a.m. Tuesday – Boris Lee Harvey, 25, Servia, arrested for disorderly conduct, resisting law enforcement and public intoxicated. Bond: $750.

• 7:23 a.m. Tuesday – Daniel Islas, 32, of 405 N. High St., Silver Lake, arrested for driving while suspended and check deception. Bond: $539.

• 11:04 a.m. Tuesday – Paul Larry Luna, 40, of 4172 W. Crystal Lake Road, Warsaw, arrested for dealing meth, possession of meth, possession of paraphernalia and auto theft. Bond: $30,500.

• 11:21 a.m. Tuesday – Shawn Lee Jefferson, 40, of 1840 S. CR 500E, Pierceton, arrested for dealing meth. Bond: $25,250.

• 11:34 a.m. Tuesday – Whitney Leighann Schwab, 27, of 408 Turkey Creek Drive, Milford, arrested for possession of meth and neglect of a dependant. Bond: $5,250.

• 11:49 a.m. Tuesday – Karen Marie Bonham, 41, of 715 N. Ellsworth St., Warsaw, arrested for dealing meth, possession of meth, maintaining a common nuisance, possession of marijuana,  possession of a synthetic drug and possession of paraphernalia.  No bond set. 

• 12:49 p.m. Tuesday – Zachary Joseph Seabolt, 18, of 108 E. Haiden Drive, Syracuse, arrested for possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $600.

• 12:53 p.m. Tuesday – Katelyn Sills, 19, of 1516 E. Jefferson St., Warsaw, arrested for theft. Bond: $600.

• 1:07 p.m. Tuesday – Stephen James O’Connell, 33, of 223 W. Jefferson St., Warsaw, arrested for dealing a narcotic. Bond: $15,250.

• 1:32 p.m. Tuesday – Shannon Hein, 34, of 1363 S. CR 450E, Pierceton, arrested for battery with bodily injury. Bond: $600.

• 10:24 p.m. Tuesday – Kevin John Allin Simons, 27, of 12354 N. Kern Road, Syracuse, arrested for driving while suspended, possession of marijuana, possession of meth, possession of paraphernalia, dealing meth and dealing marijuana. Bond: $10,250.

• 2:50 a.m. today – Cierra Nicole Daler, 18, of 507 W. Huntington St., North Webster, arrested for assisting a criminal. Bond: $450.



Property Damage Accidents

• 6:52 a.m. Tuesday – Intersection of Lake City Highway and CR 250E, Warsaw. Hit-skip.?Driver remaining: Gwendolyn Lewis, 37, Rochester. Damage: $750 to $1,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated. 

• 1:43 p.m. Tuesday – Intersection of Lake and Market streets, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Michelle Young, 48, Ind. 25, Warsaw; Christopher Batta, 25, Michaels Street, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500 to $5,000. WPD.



Incident

• 5:50 a.m. today – A person reported a purse being stolen out a vehicle in the 200 block of East Fort Wayne Avenue, Warsaw. WPD.
